No worries, Terrapin makes a Guano Loco. Was just curious if it was the same.

Top notch beer to accompany the Doctor Who Christmas Special. Terrapin MooHoochiato, Cigar City Café Americano Double Stout and New Belgium Salted Belgian Chocolate. Win! Merry Christmas :)

    Sounds delicious!

I have a bottle of Mobcraft's PetriChor. A Russian Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels. Totally makes up for my disappointment of Mobcrafts Mint.Chocolate Stout.

Just came in from shoveling and decided to reward myself with a brew.

Weyerbacher's Tiny, a Belgian-style Imperial Stout. A very tasty one at that. Have I said how much I like a good stout?

No new beer tonight, actually making some mulled wine to get rids of the chills.

I do have something to share though... https://www.mobcraftbeer.com/recipes/toasty-cinna-stout

Mobcraft, local brewery that I've featured in this thread quite a only does small amount of craft beers, submitted by it's drinkers. This was my submission and it's up for vote this month.

Ummmm I might have to pre-order that because it sounds amaaazing. So they'll deliver? As in like...ship? Or is that just wishful thinking on my part? :p

I'm enjoying a St. Bretta Autumn that my roommate was kind enough to share with me. So much citrus and funk, I love it. I also braved the elements this week to grab a bottle of the Westbrook 4th Anniversary Chocolate, Coconut, Almond imperial stout. We might break that open tonight and I hope it lives up to the 20 minute walk in the 0 degree windchill hahah

I ordered mine and they're shipping it, in fact I also ordered the Imperial Butterscotch stout because that sounds amazing too. Perhaps stupid since the pre-orders determine the winner. ;p

I hope that beer does live up to the walk, it sounds yummy.

I got a six pack of Shipyard Appleseed and grabbed a single bottle of Sierra Nevada/Ballast Point 2015 Beer Camp Hoppy Lager. Very nice, smooth. The hops aren't overpowering at all. Very balanced.

Picked up a bottle of the Terrapin & Schmaltz collaboration Reunion Ale from last year and it's making me very happy. Brown ale brewed with cocoa nibs, vanilla, cinnamon, and coffee. I wish it were a little smoother, but overall a good beer.

And last week I had the good fortune of sharing a lot of...dare I say world class beers with a coworker of mine. We broke into his Deschutes Black Butte XXIII (the booze really hit you on that one, I expected it to be more mellow), a Trappist Westvleteren 12 (so, SO complex in the best way possible...every sip was exciting), Cuvee de Tomme (sour cherry heaven), and Beatification from Russian River (SOUR and just thinking about it now makes my mouth water). It was seriously so nice of him to share those with me and I know he was excited to have a beer buddy to appreciate them just as much as he did. I think my favorite was Beatification but the Cuvee was sooo good too and the Trappist really surprised me. So I guess I can't pick a favorite.

They sound like they'd be good. I bet it would be nice to have a beer buddy. Need to find one myself.

Bought a 12 pack of New Belgium's new porter Portage. Pretty solid for a straight forward porter. Very nice roasted malt flavor, mild hops. Bitter chocolate with a light, drinkable body. I recommend. And yes, those are fox pj pants. [IMG]

[IMG][/IMG] Love this beer. Tart, light and refreshing. And nice subtle tropical fruit flavor. Mild funk.

Trying some of this right now. Healer_Leona and Mortimer Snerd it's a Wisconsin beer.

It's not as obviously-chocolate as Shock Top Shockalatte Wheat and it's heavy, but it's really good.
