Score! This stuff is fantastic. Not too sweet, despite the flavor of toasted marshmallow. And you would never know it was almost 8%. Fantastic.

The Boulevard Funky Pumpkin is very nice. It's not very sour though, but that's okay. Nice pumpkin spice flavor but not over powering. Very balances with the sour, no flavor over powers the other. Very refreshing.

I want that Sweet Potato beer! I'm a sucker for marshmallow anything, so reading that you actually get toasted marshmallow flavor has me dying.

And Darth Punk I've had Orval, Fruli, and some of the Kona stuff. They're all pretty tasty brews. Maybe some of the other ones but I'm bad at remembering and don't want to consult Untappd haha.

I'm in SF and need to visit a good brewery while I am here. Russian River maybe?

Hmmm...that's odd...I went on a beer adventure with the roommate last Saturday and we had all sorts of good things. And I usually post on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays after beertending unless I have a softball game to run off to (and therefore no enjoying of the shiftbeer).

And I probably shouldn't have that much to say about my beer drinking haha

I don't get to drink very often, thanks to the new diet.

Tonight, I had an absolutely delicious barrel aged imperial stout at Rock Bottom Brewery. It had notes of plums and raisins, to go along with the bourbon barrel aging undertones.

 

And at a Rock Bottom. Wow!

While I was in SF, I saw that Anchor Steam has a lemon lager. I really wanna try it!

 

Had a really good Berliner Weisse at 10 Barrel the other day. Plus a dry hopped sour, which wasn't actually sour, but was an interesting blend of the dry hopped flavors and the bitter side of grapefruit.

Most recently, I had "Not Your Father's Root Beer". I really liked it. It takes like a liquid root beer barrel candy. It's better than Sprecher's Hard Root Beer IMHO.

 

I had a fun beer weekend. We had a Friday @ 4 happy hour party at work and I was in charge of the beer. It was a gorgeous 80º day so I chose Boulevard Unfiltered Wheat. I also had Oakshire Gose to 11, which was delicious. Then last night I went to a German restaurant and had four German beers, including the third best Hefeweizen in the world.

 

Sounds fatastic Strilo. Last night I had some Southern Tier Warlock and Terrapin Liquid Lunch to pair with the Doctor Who premiere. Most of us already know that the Warlock is awesome. But the Liquid Lunch as great too. It's a PBJ Porter, this one was raspberry. A really good desert beer.
Today I have some SweetWater Waterkeeper Hefeweizen and some Crooked Can McSwagger Red ale to pair with football and wrestling.
Still have a few CCB Hotter than Helles and a couple of Funky Buddha Blueberry Cobblers left.

The one I had was Ayinger Bräuweisse. Very good. #2 is Schneider Weisse and #1 is the best beer in the world, Augustiner Weißbier.
