Christchurch was on the front page of the newspaper this morning in an article about how you guys are totally still shaking all the time.

 

Yep, 8000+ earthquakes and counting... of course we only feel a fraction of those, and an even smaller number when you think "oh ****", and then only 3 when you think "I'm going to die".

Still here though.

 

The long silent arms are creeping up from below... ready to take the sky line apart.

Hey! A full month without an earthquake in the headlines!

 

Pretty amazing. Two months since our last scary one. Still getting small aftershocks about every 1-2 weeks, I don't think it's ever been as quiet as this (after September of course).

 

It's now 6 months to the minute when 181 of our friends and family died on 22 February 2011.

 

I didn't know the number was so high.

RIP.

 

Magnitude 5.8 earthquake in Charlottesville, VA. Felt it all the way up in DC. Nearly crapped my pants!

 

Felt it in Toronto, I am hearing as far north as Ottawa and as far south as North Carolina.

 

OH THE HUMANITY!!

 

I live in Glen Rock, PA and I felt that. Yeesh...I thought my house was going to collapse.
