You know there are a lot more ultra-beautiful people in the PT than there were in the OT (and those were largely the most principal of charcters, there was a larger abundance of more average-looking folk), do you think that is a sign of our times and pop culture? Or a (subconscious?) marketing ploy that George Lucas would never admit to? Any thoughts?

EDIT: Oh, and I am a handmaiden fan and member of the RHS (Royal Handmaiden Society), with my favorite one being Sabé, hence my being biased towards those quiet background heriones (and in particular, Sabé, but she's not my favorite handmaiden because she's hot, she's just a cool character).

In the OT, I'll say Han, and sometimes Luke. (I saw ESB the other day, and some of those Dagobah scenes Luke was lookin' pretty good).

In the PT . . . I'll say AOTC Obi-Wan, then Qui-Gon, and well, there's just something about Darth Maul. Horns and tattoos aren't really my thing, but boy can that guy handle a lightsaber. [face=thrilled shiver]

TPM Obi-Wan and AOTC Anakin are attractive guys, but they just don't have the kind of attitude I go for. I guess I'm just not a earnest schoolboy/pouty teen kinda gal.

Must because I'm "like what 30" or something.

P.S. -- Regarding female characters, Padmé is lovely, but I'll have to go with Leia. She was just luminous in ANH. And no, I'm not gay either.

Well I voiced my preference on this topic long ago and that hasn't changed (Obi= ) and Ewan's a really good actor but I happen to like Hayden too, acting wise I mean. I dislike the character of Anakin (kills my Obi-Wan.... !) but haydie did a great job in AOTC, IMO.
