What were Coleman Trebor's homeworld and species? And was he even a Jedi Master? He didn't seem all that attuned to the Force, IMO.

 

What are the major outstanding (i.e., currently unresolved) continuity or canon contradictions within the EU itself (such as between two different books) or between the EU and the films?

 

1) When was the X-Wing first introduced (prototype)

2) When was the A-Wing first introduced (prototype)

3) When was the B-Wing first introduced (prototype)

Basically, when would the first versions of theese start to appear?

4) Gandy, ever consider learning to speel?

5) Does Holonet News make anyone else feel like Screed is the only Judicial? (I know he's not, but...)

 

1) Well, there were an X-wing and TIE fighter flying through the airways of Coruscant during the chase scene in AOTC, so take that as you wish.

Is there any EU concerning Yoda's training to become a Jedi? If there isn't, I have a FanFiction story that I'm going to do.

 

Here is a question that has been troubling me since reading the EPII novel. In EPII, Obi-Wan works with an astromech referred to as "R4". Now, in my copy of Adventure Joural .. . 12 I belive? (correct me if I'm wrong) it states that R4 astromechs weren't even produced until the early years of the Galactic Civil War. Is this a Continuity glitch and if so is there a plausible ret-con?

Well IIRC, the Allience A-wing(I just call it true) was developed by Dondonna shortly before Yavin.

I think it was Iron Fist, Janson said it I believe, but I'm not quite sure

janson says it in both i think. yea, he says it while wedge was checkin out the candidates for wraith squadron. the introduction to leuitenent kettch. after wedge says hell get janson for that, janson says yub, yub commander. i think janson says it in iron fist and solo command as well.

"Yub yub, Commander" first appeared in Wraith Squadron. I am sure of it.

And that's interesting about R4s, JL. Normally, R4s have cone-shaped heads. So as a fix, TOS added put this in R4-P17's databank entry:

R4-P17 started off as a traditional R4 unit, complete with the characteristic conical head, when she was nearly destroyed in a trash compactor mishap on Gyndine. While inspecting the Jedi customizations of the Delta-7 designs, Anakin Skywalker happened upon the wrecked little droid and rebuilt it. The new R4-P17 sported an R2-series dome and would eventually become the prototype for other integrated droid navigators aboard the Jedi Aethersprite fighters.

So, it appers that at this time (the begining of the (2nd?) Clone Wars), R4s are already being used in the galaxy. I'd say take this to Genghis's Intelligently Fitting The newer EU into Established Star Wars Continuity thread.

All of your topics could have been contained within this one thread, which consequently cuts down on redundancy and server space, and also makes you appear less-annoying.

Okay, just 2 things. Why do Sith always have red bladed lightsabers and.. what was it... Oh yeah. I found out that Dorin has a oxygen mix atmosphere the same as Coruscant, but the Kel Dor Plo Koon needs a mask on Coruscant and not Dorin.

 

Sith don't always have red sabers, nor do they have to use red. It's just their personal preference, just like any other saber color.

And what is your source that says Dorin has an oxygen atmosphere?
