You read my mind, Lodreh. I was just sitting here pondering that very thing. Trying to get my thoughts together. This one may be a bit longer than usual as I think I'm gonna try and highlight the last two days of C3 in one post. Sorry to everyone its taking so long.

I really don't want to sound like I'm pushing... I was just curious .

I know a lot of folks are juiced about the idea of a C4 in Vegas. Personally, I hope if there IS another Celebration that its in Indy again. I enjoyed the layout of the convention area as everything was right there together. Just my opinion, but being in Vegas would take away from the spirit of the con. At C3, Indy became a Star Wars meca. I think the whole glitz and glam of Vegas would overshadow that sort of feeling. Again, just my opinion as I really don't get caught up in the whole Las Vegas spectacle.

I honestly wouldn't mind it in Indy again, but some people that I talked to about it on other boards said that they didn't want GenCon running it again, and that the Lucasfilm people were not impressed with the GenCon staff. My main problem was the lines and the price of everything up there, as in...expensive cabs!

And also, if you wanted a hotel within walking distance, you paid deeply for it, and you had to get it quickly. Vegas is cheap, Indy is not. And also to top it off, Vegas has a convention center that dwarfs Indianapolis'. And that's just the smaller of the two centers.

That and you can't exactly play the Star Wars slot machine in Indy.

Good points, No Need. Especially about GenCon. Not nice people, no, not nice at all. Especially the tool that was in the elevator with me, Riff and Fett. He was the big dude that was working the line for the Ep.III Spectaculor. What a johnson. I hope Lucasfilm uses someone else if there is a C4.

The journal has FINALLY been updated. I'v started a blog on Star Wars.com this week so whenever I post a really good one, I'll put it in our journal as well. Its easy to get ideas when you read other peoples thoughts. Anyway the new one is one I have gotten some good feedback from other sw.com posters. Hope yall like it.
