Ever since I heard there would episodes involving the Wolfpack and Tatooine, I've been interested, and today I had too much time on my hands so I made this quickly, I know it's not perfect.

Just handed in my first ever uni assignment today. We had to create a black and white poster and pamphlet for any event, so I decided to do a Star Wars event of course. I chose to create an event called "Battle of the Bounty Hunters", where six bounty hunters would battle each other and the three winners would work for Darth Maul. The three battles were Boba Fett vs. Cad Bane, IG-88 vs. Embo and Bossk vs. Dengar.

So I made a couple of crude character sketches whilst bored. The theme is Mandalorians, specifically, TCW's Death Watch OCs, whom I am quite fond of. I kinda suck at shading, and don't even ask about coloring, but this is what I came up with.

Pre Vizsla, alor be Kyr'tsad, with his trusty darksaber at the beginning of Eminence:


Bo-Katan at the moment when Maul is about to decapitate Vizsla. She's thinking, Haar'chak, ibac aruetii Maul! He's now Mand'alor! and she can't stand for that (no background, too lazy heh)...

 

So here's another pair of rough pencil sketches, this time focusing on the relationship between Ahsoka and Barriss* in the Fugitive arc. We never really got to see into the mind of Barriss Offee, aside from her belief in the Jedi Order's fall from grace. These drawings cover speculative scenarios where I believe Barriss genuinely regrets her decision to frame a close friend.

A Broken Friendship:

Following To Catch a Jedi: Barriss reminiscing about better times; Though I've learned that trust is overrated... Ahsoka, how I wish it didn't have to come to this.

Choice and Regret:

As Ahsoka departs the Jedi Order to a brand new life, Barriss sits crying in a Republic prison cell. One has made a pivotal choice, the other had already made hers and already feels the sting of regret.

*Their relationship is purely a friendship, and absolutely no Barrissoka shipping! Don't even ask! Inspired by Raikoh-illust at DA.

 

Anyone remember that Ultimate Savage Opress Quiz thingy I did a while back? The first (and only?) person to complete it was K'Kruhk, and as per the quiz rules, he earned himself a free sketch of a TCW character of his choice. The character he decided on was Neo-Legs Maul.



(I noticed after scanning that I put Maul's lightsaber clip on the wrong part of his belt, but I'm too lazy to fix it.)

(Oh, and speaking of laziness, there's this super sweet Savage portrait I made several months ago but never bothered to scan. One of these days I'll finally get around to showing you guys.)

This is a great thread! Can't believe I missed it, but I'm "watching" it now. You guys are pretty amazing.

 

Time for another piece, this time a classic duel between Jedi Master Shaak Ti and General Grievous*, for all you fans of the microseries, done in TCW style!



*Sorry about the fact that Grievous' face is partly coverd by the lightsabers, but he was pretty tough to draw properly, and I did not want to redraw it!
