    I dated a guy who lettered in bowling in high school. Yes, that's a thing. What wasn't a thing, was me wearing his letterman jacket, because...bowling. But I needed something to symbolize the fact that we were totally going steady. So we went with matching hickeys.

    I lettered in track and cross country but didn't get the jacket because I posted on a SW forum, which disqualifies you from getting one.

    I lettered in track Jr & Sr years in high school. We didn't get jackets, but had really nice track suits that the other schmucks didn't get.

    The internet didn't exist yet. I did go see Return of the Jedi, though, on "activity day", because our coach wouldn't let us go whitewater rafting.

    I lettered in track and CC, but the letterer dude got confused, thus my letter jacket to this day states that I have lettered in every single sport/school activity possible.

    when i was like 14 i had a hard rock cafe letterman's jacket. i thought it was pretty cool until i wore it to school. :(
