I've been having a think re where to stay and car parking....The PTI at Deansgate Lock has rooms available Fri/Sat night and it'd be £120....if three people shared a room, it'd be £40 each (pretty much the same as two nights at the hostel). Staying at the PTI would mean not having to pay for an NCP car park for two days, so it'd work out cheaper.

I could book two twins for the 9th & 10th if people are happy with that......?

Maggy- us from the NE will be coming down Friday night and leaving Sunday, that's why I mention the 9th-11th

Looks like I should have use of the car for this meet, so at the moment, I'm guessing I'll be taking Sie, Lord O and Leigh, which would leave room for one more person. Are you guys OK to be picked up at Darlo station? It'd be sometime between 5pm-6pm by the time I get there.

Re accommodation, shall I book a twin room at PTI Deansgate???
