Let's discuss this at the meeting on Saturday before any decisions are made.

 

Due to my responsibilities to the DSG's new members, I won't be able to make the meeting this weekend.

ObeyWann, please keep me updated with whatever you guys are planning to do. Let me what you'll need for the website from the 501st and the DSG and I'll get it to you.

Or, if you need help with the website in some way, let me know that as well, and we'll get something done.

 

Any word on the collaboration with LFL?

Has anyone discussed times to meet yet? on halloween at the mall? the 1st?

I think most people are meeting on the 1st at 7pm. As far as Halloween goes, I'm not sure.

 

I'm still getting details regarding the 31st, but I believe the press screening is at 6PM.

The movie starts at 7PM on Friday, but most everyone is going to try and show up early. I'm going to go straight there from work both days, and will be ready for the fun!!!

 

What time do you think you all will start showing up on the 1st? I'll be down as early as possible to hang with you guys. I just don't know what anyone is doing before the movie.

 

I think I will go down to the IMAX and just get my tickets for the 1st at 7pm. JediHunter and I will be down there as early as we can be in full Sith gear!

I plan on coming as soon as I get off work on the 1st, and probably making an appearance on the 31st to help hand out candy to the trick-or-treaters at the mall. (I think lots of parents only take their kids to malls now. We only had about 5 kids come to our door last year, and there are tons of kids in the complex.)

 

I am taking my kid to trick or treat at az mills at around 5ish.. then if we get in the press screeining im there.. if not im there for anything else we are gonna do. And on the 1st, arent we gonna need people there to set up for the canned food raffle thingy? I can be there as early as needed.

 

Yes, we're going to need people to help with the food drive.

 

I'm waiting for the food bank to get back to me with details, but I am asking them to be there around 2 or 3, which is when I can get there. (I usually get out of here earlier on Fridays, but not today. ) If anyone else is planning on showing up earlier on Friday, we can have them set up then.

 

i can be there at 2 if needed to help.. in full sith gear of course!

 

i will bw there on the 1st about 5pm, i can help with whatever needs doing...

 

JediHunter and I now have our tickets... ummm... I think we can be there early as we are needed. I know I can at least. I'll have to check with him then...

OW, for those of us that said we would go in on the bulk deal, are we definitely doing that? How exactly is that going to work out, I mean with everyone paying and everything? I don't want to go there and not have a ticket and they're sold out.

we have over 20 people now, and OW is giving the manager a call. since we are collecting items for the charity give-away at darth greedo's party, we can probably give OW our money there, or shortly after if you can't make the party.

I just emailed LFL and told them to use the DSG site since ours still isn't online.

 

Yup...We're just waiting on LFL now.

 

I had emailed Paul Ens with the link for the Rebel Legion site as well. So we'll have both DSG and RL linked I hope.
