Of course you can see all the users who are watching you. Just go to your own profile and next to "Watched By Total" you'll see a link "Who is watching you?", on which you have to click and then you see the list of all person who are watching you.

But this only works for your own profile. If you want to know who is watching another person, there's no way to get this information on your own.

Hmmm, to bookmark? I'm not sure...I know you can add threads to your active topic notifications, and you can always add a thread URL to your FAvorites on the main browser. You can add specific boards to your JC Favorite Board list by clicking 'Add to Favorites' up by your username.

I hope I didn't confuse you.

Actually, the site owner is PhilipWise, co-owned by Joshua Griffin. The site admins pretty much make all the decisions, the major things being decided by the owners. Check out the Staff Architecture to see who are the head admins and forum managers, etc.

A watched users list is sort of like having a friends list in your profile. To add someone to your watched users list you click on anybody's name and near the top it should say Add To Watched Users List. To view who's watching you click on the Who is watching you? link in your profile.
