Fanclub The Official Sabine Wren Fanclub (Season 3 Spoilers Inside)

Sign me up for the fan club too!! I love Sabine & think her character's awesome; I've only just started watching Rebels with this new season but I love how competent, confident and capable a young woman she is.

And how important a part of the team she is; how she's able to work so well with everyone. And the way she uses art as a way to express herself is something that is so different from what we've seen before and beautiful and awesome!

I can't wait to get more Sabine-centric storylines and episodes this season. That preview you posted Jedi Knight Fett looks great; makes me so excited for the next episode of Rebels.

 

I'm basically dying for the next episode now.

 

Finally, looks like a Sabine "backstory" episode that actually tells us stuff, and a lot of stuff at that!

 

That preview clip told us more than the entirety of "The Antilles Extraction".

 

Oh it looks like it, but watch them pull the rug out from under our feet again.

 

Nah knowing this show, this is all the backstory we will get in the episode.

 

We're getting more Mando stuff in the second half of the season though right?

 

Season Three is meant to have a lot more emphasis on Sabine, so I'd imagine so.

 

Yeah, I dunno. Can't help but fear I'm with Bardan_Jusik on this one. Every potential backstory episode involving Sabine has more or less been a letdown. Sure hope this won't be a repeat of that, but if it is I won't be surprised.

 

At last! An episode where we can learn more about Sabine's background. And of course, we get to see more Mandalorians.

I wonder if Maul is still on good terms with his former Supercommandos (Saxon and Kast). Maybe Maul will make an appearance in the future Mandalorian episodes? Curious to see how much Sabine knows about Maul's past with Mandalore.

 

Favorite character in a long time! At the con this weekend, saw someone in a Sabine costume, full armor and everything! Gotta love those Mandos/501st/Rebels folks! Sabine is easily my favorite part of the new canon thus far.

 

Not holding my breath for backstory details. The Antilles Extraction ended up my favorite episode of the season so far even without them. I'm mostly excited for another Sabine-centric episode; I'm pretty sure this is the shortest interval between them yet. And as for those details, they're at least getting closer.

 

Ok ok ok ok. I just noticed something. Is it just me or does Sabine looks paler this season?

 

It just depends on the lighting. Sabine's skin goes from pale yellow to orange quite often.

 

Oh. I thought they were making her look more like her "mom" Rook Kast. Was it mentioned Rook is Sabine's mom yet?

 

No, but the preview shows that Saxon had joined the Empire, and he was once a Super-Commando like Rook. If he joined, then likely so did the rest of the Super-Commandos, and therefore giving a stronger argument for the Rook Kast theory.

 

(sigh) Just one more week until we [hopefully] get some Sabine backstory. I can make it.

Soo, we may not have learned as much about Sabine as we had wished (surprise surprise), but can we all just take a moment to appreciate just how spectacularly awesome this concept art from the last Rebels episode truly is?
