Well at least Wedge is a believable ship. Though i didn't feel much chemistry between them.

 

People ship what they ship. I don't mind.

 

Wow, Sabine kicked some serious butt in this weeks episode. Now, while I do think it was almost comical with how hopeless those Stormtroopers were against her, it was nice to see she repaired that jetpack.

 

Damn can that girl use a jet pack!. I love that Ezra just stopped fighting and was like "Oh those guys are so dead".
Also Sabine knows the truth. Sand, its rough and coarse and it gets everywhere!.

that she'll be more assertive and doing more things on her own -- especially with the end of Visions and Voices, where she glances toward Kanan and Ezra before looking back at the darksaber and deciding to take it. I'm wondering if she might start being torn between the rebel cause and that of Mandalore.

 

So I didn't get a chance to watch last Saturday's episode until just now, and I figured I'd drop by to say that the scene where Sabine took out all those Stormtroopers was amazingly awesome and that I had a big dumb grin on my face from the moment Ezra said "Oh those guys are dead".

 

Required listening here. Kidding aside, it has a nice range around the theme, and gets fairly emotional IMO.

 

Have any of you had the chance to play the new Star Wars: Force Arena game? I've heard people compare it to Clash Royal, though I've never played that game.

Anyways it features Rebels characters like the GA and Ezra, as well as Sabine who I just unlocked through pure dumb luck. In combat she uses her blasters but every few seconds pulls out the darksaber and slashes with it, it's so amazing. Oh and unlike Vizsla who had it up by his shoulder, she holds it on her behind her on her utility belt.

This week I'm watching the Lawless arc for the first time (though I already know the major points), and I'll probably go through the Mandalore-related Rebels episodes again for good measure. Or maybe I should save the latter for the break coming up.

Me too. It's going to be amazing. And it looks like Sabine is going to have to stand on her own. Which reminds me of a quote from Game of Thrones coincidentally.

 

WHY ISNT IT SATURDAY YET. WHY CANT I WATCH THIS EPISODE NOW. But seriously, very excited to see this one.

I'm honestly quite impressed at how well Sabine can already handle the blade. She was blocking those blows pretty well.

But man is Kanan a bully here lol

Kanan is trying to toughen Sabine up. She has to get rid of any doubts and fears she had about herself and her skills. In order to lead an army, Sabine is going to have to grow and change as a person. And Kanan wants to make sure she's ready for everything; including mocking from opponents.

 

I believe the term you're looking for is "tough love".

 

My evening just improved. It'll be interesting to see these growing pains for Sabine, and more of her dynamic with Kanan. TheSilentInfluence, what GoT quote were you thinking of?
