The work day is done,
Out I go into the cold,
Everyone go awwww

 

Our Fan Force grows strong,
This thread had slipped to page two.
Time to bring it back!

twin sun on tatooine bright
sand cleans dragons bone

 

poor C3PO!
as dust clogs joint and sensor
"R2, he tricked me!"

 

luke, the whining lad,
his uncle brought him the droids
a tale they did tell

 

Am glad to be here
A fan of the force am I
Sorry my prose sucks

 

Leia was cold,
Han was smug,
Their love was bold,
Our heart-strings they tugged.

 

Boba stood by
Jabba's bounty to collect
less if Han should die

 

Boba and Jango
Warrior father and son
George killed them cheaply

 

Han got Fett eaten
But Boba was just too tough
He crawled out the pit

 

Vader was scary
Chewie was hairy
Luke was whiney
Threepio was binary.

 

Mace, purple sabre
jango lost his head to it

a haiku this is
five, seven, five syllables
japanese poem

(but not about star wars 'cos I couldn't think of one)

 

There once was a boy from the stars.
Who grew up with people named Lars.
For his father he had no greater admiration,
'till he found out his father was the Emperor's abomination.

 

The Haiku form bent
Beyond the traditional.
Leia, a rebel!

 

In less than a week,
we will see the Force flowing
along the Parade.

 

Hot day in the sun
poor Stormies walking the beat
water for Jedi?

 

We did the Parade
Where oh where was the first aid
suffer the heat we did

 

Why did Yoda say
Be careful with your saber
They don't grow on trees
