    Interesting thing with Daala is do we even know much about her at this point in time...?

    Even in EU1.0, it'd be before she banged her head and went stupid, so Luceno could probably have made a decent character out of her, NuEU or not.

    I kinda suspected it was a Rebels tie-in from the minute I saw the cover. I mean, that doesn't really look like realistic art. It looks like art of a Rebels-type character model.

    A TARKIN NOVEL BY LUCENO?!



    I'm sure Luceno is going to go overboard on the EU references to pull a bunch of things from pre-Dark Times back into the EU (We just need one reference from Darth Plagueis for it to be "canon".)

    Plus, I mean, it's Tarkin. Never complaining with more Tarkin.

    Who knows? Maybe if they override Daala's history in the new canon, and Luceno handles her instead of KJA, her reputation for strategic brilliance might actually match up with her actions in the field. :p

    Man, the 501st legion is really lucky that they're in TCW. Otherwise I imagine they'd be pretty ticked if they were suddenly stripped of their official status :p
