WOW! Path of Daggers was so far the most action packed book yet.

Now I am about 200 pages into Winters Heart.

It took me from June to November. It was hard to move on after all that time. I actually had to choose what to read next. :p

I'm almost done with The Fires of Heaven and have come to one conclusion...

    MAT IS THE MAN!!! :D :D :D

I was wondering for a while why sideshow liked him so much, but now I know. ;) :)

Like a fine wine, Mat only gets better with time. :D

I have the first 7 books in paperback and would like to donate them to the PFF or anybody that would like to read them.

Yeah, I just finished Winter's Heart. You've about caught up to me, Master! I need to go get the new book, but I hate to spend the money on the hardcover, especially when I take it to work and get it all dirty. I guess I'll just wait until it's out in softcover.

    Already passed you. ;)

I stayed up late last night and finished Winters Heart.

    I started Crossroads this morning.

DOH! I've got some serious reading to do! I'm almost done with The Dragon Reborn and I love it...except the fact that there's not a whole lot about Rand. Mostly focusing on Perrin, Mat and the girls, but it is still a good book.

I LOVE the Aiel, they KICK!

I do like Lanfear too...even if she is evil. Sometimes a woman has just got to get her man back right? :D

i'm so making mat garb! jenn is going to make me a green coat, i have black gi pants that will suffice, and i already have boots. i will probably buy a white shirt at pendragon, then all i need is a black silk scarf, an ashandeiri spear(read: naginata), a fox-head medallion, and of course, a black wide-brimmed hat!

Sideshow, I should do a Rand costume. Then all we need is someone to do Perrin.

Well, Jo, you haven't been down here to do the Perrin costume. Besides, could you picture any of our friends other than me to portray Rand? Or picture anyone other than Sideshow as Mat?

Well I used to to have hair like Rand but its to white/gray now. I could make a Thom costume. I should start learing how to juggle knives.

hey everyone, JediDragonReborn back in the WOT thread!! :D

EDIT: woops, nevermind, found this @ tarvalon.net's RJ interview:

"- Museam Replicas will be producing the Sword and Dragon pins as well as an approved version of the great serpent ring (which apparently goes around the finger twice before biting its own tail)."

SWOON!!!! I would love to get my hands on a Great Serpent ring!

Oh, oh! I'm thinking with the red hair and all I could pass for an Aiel woman...

    Spears are cool!

However, the appeal of wielding the One Power is pretty strong too...

Maybe Ion and I should enter the White Tower and become Aes Sedai!

Mmmmmmm...feel the power! I think the Green Ajah would suit me.

Hell yeah. I've been wanting to do a Rand costume, and Sideshow wants to do Mat's garb. We could all wander around Con as our WOT characters!
