that'd be sweet!
I'd just dress up as asha'man and be logain or taim or something.
great to hear from you jedi dragon!
hell yea museum reps!!!
i always thought that my black kung fu gi, the one that has the chinese style buttons up the front, would be the perfect for an asha'man costume! now we can get the pins to complete it!!!
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOO!!! I SO want a serpent ring!!! YES!!! I also REALLY want to do a Moiraine costume!!
As for me personally, I think the Yellow Ajah would suit me best, but the Green is pretty cool too... **dreams of being Aes Sedai**

I am right there with you JD
I've been thinking about doing an Egwene costume. And, I really want a Great Serpent Ring. It would just absolutely RULE if we all had WoT costumes.
Wench: You can be Aviendha. (You may not have gotten to her yet, but trust me. You are SO her. )

You hit the nail on the head Kirana
Does anyone else think that Mick needs an Ebou Dari marriage knife?
We just need to be careful on what stones are enbedded on the hilt.
Hey moe what character do you think I should do?????
AHAH!!! YES!! Mick most definitely needs an Ebou Dari marriage knife!!! It's funny, the whole Ebou Dar sequence of events makes me think of her - especially whenever they mention those knives...
LOL @ the marriage knife idea!
we could have the little PFF + Dragon group (see if I can get any other RMFFers in on it too) @ the 2004 DragonCon maybe? That would friggin rule!
what do you guys say? :\
That would be awesome!
Oooh!! Hey!! A year-and-a-half to plan, prepare and execute... I think we need to go to DragonCon 2004...
the mat costume is in the works...and NO, it's NOT the pink outfit that tylin made for him!

are you going to have the ashandare?(sp?)
you can find basically the same thing in a lot of martial arts stores.
yea, the ashanderi spear is basically a naginata... i found a good one for abour $700.
although, if i were to comission a true replica, it would probably cost a bit more, what with the ravens in the blade and writing in the haft and all...
you are crazy.
lol, that's a lot of money bro. I dunno if I'm that hardcore. I was debating whether or not I'd save up for the heronmark sword from museum replicas, hehe. it would look great w/ an asha'man costume, but I dunno if I have the funds to spend that much w/ all the other things I have coming up...
$700 isn't bad for a good quality naginata...ask void how much he spent on the many swords and knives he has in his house...
Besides, the Naginata of which Sideshow speaks is crafted in the traditional Japanese style of fold-forged weapons and clay tempered. It is definitely worth the money if you want your showpiece to be fully functional.
But of course
lol, maybe, but I don't wanna spend $700 on a piece that's fully functional if I won't ever use it for it's intended fuction...we're talking props here, right?
I just want a great serpent ring!! I wonder how much Master Replicas will ask for them.
i get a little carried away with authenticity when i do costumes...
Sideshow, join the club. Oh, wait...you did...he he he.
