Chapter 14: Mandalore the Avenger

Now those are tracks I've not heard in a long time. A long time.

With all of the soundtrack sampling TOR's done, it's nice to see Republic Commando getting some love. You can hear the same three tracks from Revenge of the Sith only so many times... The vocals were a particular stand out from RepCom, and for a Mandalorian-centric chapter, there can be few things more appropriate than thunderous Mando'a in the background. Though if Harlin's genuinely involved in TOR's development, I hope there will be some new pieces in that style, rather than just recycled tracks.

 

I wish they released official music from the game post main game.
I'd love them to release the Soundtrack CD again that was included in the Collectors Edition. In hindsight I probably should have brought it, for that and the book.


I would buy a CD though of the music post main game.

The users/miners who dig out the music do a fantastic job anyway and I am glad they do.

 

IDK if you have heard them but some KotfE music tracks are quite similar and choral heavy.

The new chapter is nice.

I like Vette, however, I never treat her as a love interest, but a little sister to take care of.

 

I liked the new chapter a lot.

Very funny and smart heist. Good to really get one over on the EE. I also liked the new planet a lot ,very interesting design.

Not a big fan of the new fight thing. Do like the KOTOR reference and as an Agent you could ask for "The Red Blade" as a name, nice call back. Over all, a good chapter I think

Will we have to face companion death/betrayal in Chapter 14?

 

Has anyone else gone back to play the game from level 1 since kotfe dropped?

 

I've started a few characters but haven't gotten too far on most; most of my time in-game is spent leveling my old characters into and through KOTFE.

 

Have you been able to any equipment for the companions? I do quests I think should give me the option of their equipment but all I get is those dumb gems. Disappointing as with the chages I was looking forward to getting cool new looks for companionsI often left in their starting gear.

 

No, they removed companion gear from quests because since 4.0, companions don't get stats from gear.

 

Awe that sucks, I knew about the sat changes and hoped to get some cool looking gear for companions that I used to skip cause I didn't use them
