Unfortunately, I couldn't find a single hardback copy of SbS. But in the Tatooine Ghost I bought he wrote for me:

None of the authors ever come to NZ - although Aaron Allston did say in the on-line interview last year that he wanted to. I guess I'll just have to be happy with getting 2 emails from him.

I don't know. When he asked if I wanted it personalized, I said "Yeah. And put something nice about Anakin Solo in it." He looked at me quizzically. It took him a bit. Wait until you get your sig, Tahi. I think that one was better.

Nom Anor's Plans

The Executor?s plans were unfolding exceedingly well. His Jedi infiltrator?s shaping was nearly complete. It was lovely to have a Master Shaper as a fellow-heretic and ally?but he would have to keep up his guard. He was certain that Nen Yim was also ambitious and that she might at any point reveal his true plans to Lord Shimrra in order to gain favor. He couldn?t blame her; after all, that?s what he would do if it suited his purposes. For the time being, however, Nen Yim?s ambitions suited Nom Anor?s plans perfectly. The Supreme Overlord was duped into believing that Jedi Anakin Solo?s shaping was purely for the purpose of infiltrating the Jedi and giving the wounded Yuuzhan Vong invasion much-needed intelligence of the enemy?s plans. For now, it was best to play the part of the dutiful Yuuzhan Vong underling to the corpulent ruler until his own plans for the Jedi came into fruition. Nom Anor's time would come. Until then, he must be patient.

I actually like Nom Anor as a character because he's a survivor, and when he does get his come-uppance it'll be extra satisfying.
