I hypnotize the moon above
For memories of a distant time
Vanished in a swirl thoughts


I listen to the silence that surrounds me
For the one voice that was taken
Gone from a whirlwind of sounds


I stare at the wall before my eyes
For a love that was stripped
Disappeared in a storm of emotions


I feel for your touch on my skin
For a truth that is not an illusion
Departed from the only life I knew

Com'on people, I know this board isn't very fond of poems, but it can't be that bad? Com'on stroke my ego by telling what you think
