Is there any novel or comic that goes into detail about the ealy part of Palpatine`s life. I am curious as to what he did before becoming Senator . If there is not a comic or novel in existance does anyone know if there will be a comic or book written about it.

There's nothing so far that deals with Palpy's early life, and I doubt there will be--at least for awhile.

I prefer that Palpatine's origins remain mysterious, personally.

I agree with Lexu, yet I would like ot know of his training. what he went through, and how he was during his time under Plagueis.

As long as it's good... I'd be interested. I want to see how Palpatine developed his talent at making the worst situation go his way and play so many sides so well.

And I want to know more about Plagueis and how Palps became his apprentice.

There's nothing as of yet, but with the recent "peek" back into his training in Episode III, I would be willing to bet that someone will pick up the idea and run with it, whether it be in a novel or a graphic novel.

I thought Palp's history was off limits per GL, as was Yoda's.

I hope so. I wish they kept it like that with Fett too.. Fett will now always be a whiney little baby who trys to act tough in my eyes. "Boba, is your father home. 'YEP'" I used to be a fetnatic, now I just feel nothing for him. Darn kiddy trilogy. :(

ROTS did slightly please my pallet, since Jar Jar, baby ani and baby boba aren't there.

Just say NO to Baby Palpy.

I doubt there will be anything on young Palpatine, and as far as I'm concerned, mystery suits him better.

Now, a story or two about Yoda 100 or 200 years pre TPM... that would be interesting.

I went onto StarWars.com and I found nothing about Plagueis or Palpatine's training. All I found out is he found some clone canisters which he made clones of himself. I wish I could make Clones of myself and then be able to escape death.
