Come on, you know you love something beside Star Wars!

    Transformers?
    Harry Potter?
    He-Man?
    Barbie?
    Strawberry Shortcake or Rainbow Brite?

I try to limit myself to SW collecting because I can't even afford what I want inside the Galaxy, let alone extra-galactic invaders! But there are things I just can't resist. I have to get some GI Joe stuff because I was big into Joes after SW when I was a kid. I usually use my kids as an excuse for these purchases, so they usually get destroyed within a matter of time.

The GI Joe comic packs are really cool and give me a lot of hope for the SW equivalent they are coming out with.

I have a few Transformers. I would like to expand that collection in the future, but right now it consists of Blaster (incomplete), that I have from my childhood--one of the few toys to survive, Optimus Prime (inc.) and one of the jets (the maroon one--inc.), and the 20th Anniversary Optimus Prime (loose complete).

I don't have any official Harry Potter collectibles, but I wish I did. I always wanted to get the figures when the first movie came out, but didn't have the money for that on top of SW. Now I want the wands. I can't afford them and made some of my own...

My newest non-SW flame is BattleStar Galactica! I'm not going to let myself get any of the figures or busts, but I have gotten some of the Titanium vehicles that sit on the same pegs with the SW Titaniums. I have the BSG, Colonial 1, and a Raptor on my shelf at home.

I bought some Cylon fighters and Vipers from someone at Yodasnews, but they haven't come yet.

I found a Viper Mark VII last night at Target! Coolness. I want to squadron build Vipers vs. Cylons!

As everyone can pretty well gather, I'm a robot freak. I collect nearly anything unique and/or just plain weird. No wind ups or anything like that, just batt operated. My favorite collection pieces are the Robie Sr. robots that Radioshack came out with. They were made by Tomy toys inc. Anything like Omnibot, Omnibot 2000, Hearoid, Robie Sr. Robie Jr. Heathkit, and for God's sake if anyone runs by any pieces of ANYTHING Topo or Gemini related, I don't care if it's just an arm or head, PLEASE let me know. I like the larger robots. Ok, this is starting to sound like a personals add....lol Take care, HaVoC out

They are minimates--Lego-like figures that have been released by another company (I'm forgetting who at the moment...). There have been Marvel and other comic and movie related lines including LOTR.

There is also another like-Lego-mini-figs line called Kubrick that has a Star Wars license. I have Bossk and Tie-Fighter Pilot from that line (you can see them in my collection pics on the shelf with my Bossk and vintage collection).

You know you can click on the pics to get larger, clearer views, right?

I was just telling the Queen the other day that I was limiting my BSG collecting to the micro machines... [face_blush] [face_whistling] [face_skull]
