I am surprised Phil is struggling so bad. I thought he really had a chance to compete this week. Meanwhile Jordan really let the wheels fall off early but seems to have regroup enough to be among the leaders for tomorrow unless throws a very low number and get to -8 or something.

tiger finally finding some momentum on the back 9 with birdies on 13 and 15. looks like he'll at least be around for the weekend. cbs execs breathing a sigh of relief.

rickie fowler. watch him. better closer than rory if reed stumbles, and he's in the "catbird" seat ahead of the final pairing.

that being said, reed is a heel to this crowd (and golf in general). nerves may take a back seat to indignation, and he may be more driven than anyone to give augusta the middle finger.

Gonna be great final round... Would much rather Rory to win than Reed...Tbh i think Rickie needs something special.. But Rickie usually wins a torny when he starts final round trailing.. Cannot wait to watch this!!

Yeah Rory miss a couple close putts that costed him early. Reed just made bogey though and is back to -13. Jordan now making a run too.

Note: Rory and Patrick keep putting up different numbers but after seven holes no blood is drawn. Reed still up by 3.

Apart from Casey's and Spieth's all too late surges, the final round didn't really come to life at all for me. Would like to have seen Fowler finish on a lower score that Reed had at that time. It could have made the last hole a bit more tense. Well done to Patrick though.
