Ok, when Qui-gon is fighting dath maul, obi-wan has the chance to sprint so make it 2 vs 1 twice, and doesn't. Did he forget he could sprint?

Strilo edit: This thread is so redundant, it's not even funny.

What do you mean he was running towards there.

Do you mean force sprint? or "Knight Speed?"

He probably wanted to conserve his energy for the confrontation. It served him good, didnt it??? He won, so i guess he is not that retarded.

    In before the lock.

By the way, if he "Force Ran" he would of run into a shield and died immediately. Obi-Wan could sense the shield activating again. He stopped just in time.

That's a pretty offensive title. Very risky to assume, that not one of these thousands of TFN registered users is not actually mentally retarted.

If Mods are present, I give this 6 mins. until it's either locked, the title is changed, or you're given a ban warning.

It's probably not a good idea to run at super-speed towards two guys who are swinging around lightsabers on a narrow bridge, especially when they are near laser shielding which randomly switches on and off. Also, he had just been kicked in the face and fell about 2 stories, and was probably dazed.

So he let qui-gon die, because...he didn't feel like using his force sprint. No excuse.

Those doors would be lethal to run into. Suppose he used 'Force Speed' and ran into those shield doors then what? He would be severely injured. The whole point was to put the focus on the Darth Maul vs. Qui-Gon duel so Qui-Gon could die. That's why Kenobi became separated from Qui-Gon.

The only example I remember is when Kenobi and Jinn are running from the droidekas.

Because then they might have killed Maul without lossing QGJ, and that would have messed the rest of the PT up. ;)
