This was originally going to be the poster for Attack of the Clones. However, George did not want Count Dooku in it and it was rejected.

While I admit that I would have liked that poster more than the one which was ultimately produced - that picture of Yoda would have given too much away.

    Mace Windy,
    too windy for spoilers!

that is NOT the original poster.

the blankness on either side of Dooku is a dead give away. this guy or someone he knew most likley drew it themselves (talented though I must say) and are saying it was the original to see if people would but that, and to see if their drawing was any good or something.

nice poster, but not the original

Interesting, although I wonder what people would have thought of Yoda looking like he's using Force lightning. I agree that it gives too much away on that front (and the lighting frames Dooku's head in a really weird way). While I can see Lucas' point in keeping Dooku secret, it would be nice to have such a major character appear on the poster. Maybe he'll show up on ROTS's at least.

    Check what site it's from.

This one and the orignal one both suck. They're nothing compared to the TPM one. Anakin and Padme look just way too cheesy.

I agree with this. The Attack of the Clones theatrical poster is the only Star Wars theatrical poster that I don't own in my collection. I thought that the TPM poster was amazing. This, in my opinion, was a cheap rip-off.

Uh, it's from Drew Struzan's official webpage. It is the original poster.
