So today I learned that when you threaten to force a co-worker to pay for you to get home due to their slacking which would have cause you to miss the bus, they tend to speed things up.

 

Yeah, that usually works.

 

So yeah, did anyone read those KJA/Brian Herbert "Dune 7" books? I reread the first fifty pages of Butlerian Jihad last night- awful, awful stuff.

It used to be pretty fun. Kinda died a couple months ago. Almost as goofy here as the WJFC.

True. There weren't any major one plotted in my presence. Maybe I simply hadn't earned the right to be privy to their plans...
