The Prey - new Star Wars fan film

    A team of Jedi has been dispatched to a gas shrouded mining colony to negotiate a truce among warring clans. The negotiations were going well, until now.

    Cool!
    I dig the on-set visuals of this film. The use of lighting, smoke and practical effects was really cool, and not something you see in many fan films!
    The post production could use some extra work - the lasers were going a little slow, and some more work on blending the visual effects with the footage would've improved upon it I think.

    The acting was a bit over the top, and I had trouble hearing most of the dialogue unfortunately - both, I think, because of the sound mix and because of the slightly over the top voices most actors used.

    But all in all, it's a really neat film - good work, keep it up :)

    Action films are hard to make, so I give you props for trying. I wish I had a group of dedicated SW friends like this to make fan films. Keep making them!
