There's a guy on he-man.org with a good set. Check the Cartoon Marketplace there. But there's one set in particular that's good and I can't remember who has it without asking around on the boards there.
Someone has the license now to release them in the U.S. (they're in the UK now), but no definite release or release dates yet.

Why does LucasFilm not release the "Holiday Special" cartoon (just the cartoon, at least) on DVD?
