    The Sewers

*clank* The noise of his opponent's sharp talon latching upon his gadarffii stick echoed throughout the chamber before he gave it a playful tug. Too fast! the Tusken's mind raced as he tried to comprehend the speed in which that had happened. When Grievance let go the priest had continued his attempt to sweep him only to find himself countered when the warrior planted his outreached talon and kicked backwards. Slightly off balance, the kick had its desired effect and pitched the Tatooine native towards the murky water.

"ქავილი!" cursed Valdimar as he twisted in air to land on his back, with more of a splat than a splash, at his opponent's feet and very much in the muck. As he fell he let his right hand fall to his hip and quick drew a blaster pistol. Hip firing the weapon upwards towards his opponent, at very nearly point blank range, the priest squeezed the trigger twice. Usually instead of a blaster pistol it would have been his trusty DX-2 Disruptor pistol but management had frowned upon him carrying such a weapon within the Pit. Instead they had made him check it at the door, however they did give him the blaster pistol to use instead so he had to make do with the inferior weapon.

    Nehru_Amidala's move: 3 of 7

IC: Hekate winced as Corvus forced her into a split, the blood red lightsaber blade mere centimeters from her throat. She heard him gloating about winning. Typical male behavior, always gloating about having the upper hand. Of course her psychic attack had not worked, this was a duel meant to be fought with lightsabers, and hers was far on the other side of the pit. This gave her an idea. She was still at his mercy but he was holding back, so had had some honor after all. She could summon her lightsaber, and strike him down from behind, she could make it disappear and reappear when she felt like it. It was a brilliant plan, but it carried a lethal risk if he caught on too early. If she died, she would regenerate her body later via her plant experiments. That would a painful and annoying process, but it was useful as a back up.

Summoning her lightsaber, it disappeared with the blade drawn and when it reappeared... it went right through Corvus's left knee. "No, Corvus. I have won." She stood and smiled darkly at the wounded Sith.

IC: Corvus had been confident the female would submit. All he would have to do is twitch his wrist and her head would have come off, or at the very least he'd sever her voice box. What he did not expect was the move she pulled. Blinding red hot pain erupted in his knee. He bit a growl of pain. He hobbled away and growled. He summoned the Dark Side which washed over him like a cooling breeze. He reached down and pulled the lightsaber out of his knee. "Funny thing about light sabers, if that had been a metallic blade, this battle would be over and you the victor but this is FAR from over little girl" He growled as the blinding pain went away as the Dark Side gave him the strength to continue.

Corvus cracked his neck. He had not planned on this. The female was strong and he had to admit she was good. He supposed he had bitten off a bit more than he could chew. He had never been in combat against another Force wielder. He would contiue to fight until the medics dragged his unconscious or dead body out of the arena. He twirled his lightsaber then closing his eyes and gathering his strength began to attack the female. Thrust, parry, block, get a kick or two in when the blde was no where near his feet. He was a sith, he would not back down and he would make his master proud of him.

OOC: Nehru, I am glad to see you posting! However please remember you are not allowed to post damage for another player. As this is a learning experience as much as a tournament... you would be better having posted something along the lines of this:

She could move to summon her lightsaber, and try to strike him down from behind, attempting to make the lightsaber disappear and reappear when she felt like it. It was a brilliant plan, but it carried a lethal risk if he caught on too early. If she died, she would regenerate her body later via her plant experiments. That would a painful and annoying process, but it was useful as a back up.

Summoning her lightsaber, it disappeared with the blade drawn and when it reappeared... it would be poised to go through Corvus's left knee. "No, Corvus. I have won." She moved to stand, anticipating her move while smiling darkly.

    Nehru_Amidala

I will not go into the post itself and its legitimacy or not.... suffice to say you are committing quite an impressive move... potential stretching its feasibility to begin with... remember so much of role-playing is making it believable and convincing the reader, your opponent, and the GMs of its legitimacy.

    EDIT:

    OOC:

    Adirondackjedi27

You have posted taking the damage, which is your choice. In the future you do not have to accept damage that another player inflicts upon you! This would be considered a form of "God-modding", in which your opponent controls or speaks for you.. which they are not allowed to do.

    It is Nehru's move now.

    Dagobahsystem move: 7 of 7

    IC: Saadi

Time momentarily froze and the air in the Pit grew even heavier than usual. Saadi felt the power of the dark side and sensed the end of this fight was drawing near.

Sensing frustration in his opponent, Saadi channelled all of his training into defending against Thunderous's frenzied attack.

Their lightsabers connected, separated, and repeated this dance countless times, Saadi purposefully giving ground in order to make his fellow Sith over confident.

He could see the frustration and fatigue on Thunderous's face. Relishing this opportunity, Saadi was suddenly inspired with an unusual plan.

Seeing Thunderous raise his blade into the air for a forceful strike, Saadi quickly dove to the ground, rolling towards his enemy while slashing his crimson blade at the Sith's undefended legs.

If a killing strike wasn't possible, Saadi reasoned that removing his opponents legs from his body ought to send a clear enough message.

Lack of expression hides Grievance's satisfaction over having gained purchase on Darth Valdimar's weapon in a silent threat to disarm him. Were he capable though, the Kaleesh cyborg would have been smiling in a rather smug manner. The firm kick that backfires the priest's sweep attack is most amusing as the Tusken splats on his back in the sludgy quagmire. This is way too much fun.

He twirls one blade a bit, stepping closer to tower over Valdimar then he lowers the tip of the saber as though to impale the priest at his feet. His yellow eyes widen as Valdimar draws what appears to be a disruptor pistol and levels it at him. Before he can think to react, the trigger is pulled and Grievance reels back as he is clipped once in the head and again in the shoulder. His armor can hold up under it, but the shot to the head is far from being painless.

"Raaaagh!" he roars, partially in pain and partially in anger, "You fool! You bring a blaster to a melee duel?"

He staggers backwards several steps, shaking his head as the pain of the impact still throbs and burns. An impressive blast mark blackens a portion of his mask right between his eyes and slightly to the left. His shoulder also sports some scarring from the bolt deflecting off of the steel plates. Growling angrily, he advances, but does not attack. Rather he goes to circling again, waiting for Valdimar to relinquish the blaster in favor of his long-handled weapon once more.

IC: Of course Corvus would heal himself, he was a Sith after all. They were fighting for themselves as well to prove themselves to their masters. However, Corvus was wounded and no doubt would be feeding off of the pain to give him strength. Well, two could play that game. Recalling the miasma that remained of her tainted, toxic memories she absorbed back into the blackest parts of her subconscious psyche and ignited the blade.

Standing up, she bore her teeth and her lightsaber blade clashed against his.

His movements were not as fast as he wanted but he was going to do his best. The Dathomirian Zabrak began to strike faster and harder. "You are a very good opponent little girl." he grunted as he continued to strike at her.

Corvus jumped back a few feet. He needed to catch his breath and plot his next move. He and the female could strike and block each other till they collapsed from exhaustion.

IC: Corvus watched his opponent lunge at him. His reliance on the Dark side to keep the pain at bay was starting to wear off and his knee was starting to throb and he knew he had to do something fast. The Dathomirian Zabrak knew only one possible outcome and darn his pride. He deactivated his lightsaber and held his hand out. "I yield girl. This match could go on but you have bested me." He closed his eyes and turned to the judges. He then inhaled "i YIELD AND GIVE VICTORY TO MY OPPONENT"

Corvus knew he would shock all who watched. He lowered his head. If he managed to see the sun set alive he would consider it a miracle. He began to limp away from the girl who he had no doubt if he looked would be doing a very good impression of a fish.

IC: Hekate had her lightsaber raised above her head, ready to go in for the kill when Corvus yielded the duel to her. Really? How anti-climatic. Oh well, a victory was a victory. Wasn't it? Wait a second.... "That's it? Your giving up? This is far too easy," she whispered lowly. Her lightsaber was re-ignited. She wasn't sure what was going on, but she was suspicious of Corvus's surrender.

IC: Corvus limped away as he looked up at the Judges. He knew he was going to get it later but the Zabrak was injured and while fighting was fun, he had no interest in being the Tournaments champion. Corvus had come to see he was better suited as a spy or scout. Also the Force had been whispering to him to keep his eyes on the girl he had fought. She would be a good Sith one day.

Holstering his weapon before rolling over into a squat the priest chuckled as he used the murky water to get some of the more solid waste off himself. "Melee duel?" he asked with a sinister tone as he deactivated his lightsaber. "One can use most kinds of weapons, the ranged abilities and powers of the Force, and you frown at the use of a blaster? ჰაჰაჰაჰაჰა!" he laughed mockingly as he rose to his feet. Valdimar watched as the growling cyborg advanced like a prowling beast before he started circling his prey... waiting for an opportunity to pounce.

Lifting his gaderffii stick once more the priest dashed in towards his opponent, "Besides, I don't recall there being any rules established for this fight or within this arena!" As he almost stepped within melee range the Tusken Raider swung his mace with two hands, downward, as if to uppercut his opponent. But instead of swinging upward he slapped the sewage water sending a tall, wide wave of muck at head level towards his towering opponent. Using the wave as concealment, Valdimar back stepped in the direction his opponent had been circling. Twisting his hips to accelerate the mace head he swung hard, waist high, timing it so that it would strike Grievance shortly after the **** wave washed over him.

Snarling still at the resounding pain in his head, Grievance adjusts his focus, putting his discomfort out of mind, but not his anger, which escalates as Valdimar brings up the Force as though the cyborg has no problem with the supernatural power. The priest couldn't be more wrong on that count.

"Do not even talk to me about the blasted Force," his voice rumbles in a deadly serious warning, "Cheating in combat is what I call it; used by fighters who do not wish to get their hands dirty by killing honorably with the blade."

He takes a quick step back as Valdimar swings his weapon at him in case it might be a serious strike. He growls in disgust as a wave of heaven-knows-what ascends and comes his way. Another growl of pure and utter repulsion thunders deep in his chest as he turns his face away but is unable to avoid being slapped upside the head by the filthy water. He turns back in time to sight the priest's next move and he quickly mimics his stance, coming from the opposite direction with both of his blades to block the incoming strike.

"You brought a whole new meaning to 'fighting dirty' just by calling me to this arena, you know," he grumbles, pushing his weight into the block, "If you think I will be the one defeated in this disgraceful setting, you are sadly mistaken."

And speaking of fighting dirty, it is at this point that Grievance quickly shifts his weight downward to level himself with Valdimar's height and suddenly springs forward in an attempt to head-butt the priest right out of the block and give him a headache to match his own.

Ryrr (Captain Owen) vs. Leda (QueenSabe7)
    Ryrr move: ---
    Leda move : Final

    IC: Leda

As her yellow blade swung down with all the power she could muster behind it, expecting something – anything – to stop its progress, Leda still sensed neither recognition nor resistance to her surefire kill strike.

What is he ON about?? she questioned as the lightsaber was about to land at Ryrr’s chest, her previous attack series having been successful. He lay prone and open to any assault… it was beginning to wear at the warrior’s amusement. At the last possible second Leda’s weapon halted, so close to her opponent that his clothing singed and smoked. If she left it there long enough, it would surely burn down to his skin and beyond.

The young woman didn’t have time for that.

With a grunt, she shoved up to a standing position and glared down at the fellow Knight upon the pit floor. “**** you. Do you really want to die?!” she shouted at him. “You’re making this far too easy, damn it!”

Leda’s saber hissed as she suddenly deactivated the weapon and replaced it to her belt with a quick motion. Taking a few steps to the side, she angled herself directly over his face, hers titled down to meet his gaze. While the only way to end this fight would be in death, she hesitated for the briefest of moments, an odd emotion nagging at the back of her mind.

    Fear.

Reaching with a splayed hand towards her opponent's head, she resisted the urge to stop and think, to offer mercy, and focused on Ryrr’s skull. Her mind was warring in on itself as she pushed back at what she knew to be weakness and clenched her fist tightly, continuing to envision the inner workings of his cranium. And the brain the resided within its protective shell.

She squeezed her hand then, pulling on the dark currents of the Force for strength, powerful waves being channeled from her body and into his. “Try and stop me,” she whispered, not a tease or taunt… a statement.

Leda allowed only a second more to pass before making her final move, her course decided. With an abrupt thrust down of her arm, she felt as well as heard an unnatural “crunch” sound. Even before her arm fell back down to her side, her bright eyes were already elsewhere as she choose not to dwell on her handiwork. If she had, she would have seen a skull that was no longer a normal oval shape but now concave at the sides, crushed inward by the Force.

A ripple of exhilaration ran down her spine and she knew it was over. Leda brushed a few loose strands of hair from her face and turned on her heels, exiting the arena in order to prepare for whomever she would face next.

    The Pit - KoD Tournament

Amused? Impressed? Almost cracking frustratingly from the situation before her. Frustrated, the young Sith had come her to prove herself. Her prowess was admirable, show of skill… but for what? And against what? This was a place to elevate oneself above the others, yet she did nothing more than beat up on a practice droid.

The walk to one of the arena tunnels Leda had chosen was close, but with each stride she failed to gain ground. Seemingly not making up any distance to the exit. The black tunnel entrance seemed to slink away from her and grow more and more distant with each step. A crushing weight sharply exuded on the young woman as the light seemed to fade. A dark mist and shadow emerged rising up from beneath. Then it was gone. She was still in the arena, the same spot as she had been before she had turned to leave after crushing her opponent’s skull.

The sound of chains slinking against bindings, a mechanical grinding of sorts and a jolt. Behind Leda a trap door had opened. Giving rise to and opening up a certain under platform which came level with the arena floor.

All unfolding behind Leda, who would no doubt clearly be aware of something, despite her perhaps not yet turning. A sudden halt, silence. The grinding of chains and gears ceasing.

A thud. Hard impactful vibration across the arena.

Another thud. Akin to a step.

    THUD. closer…. Then stopping.

A low and slow drawn out bass feral growl, combined with a massive drawing in of breathe . Clear inhaling and exhaling. Leda would feel the exhale on the back of her neck, like a forceful breeze. Stench.

As she would turn. A thunderous bellow some roar, saliva being thrown in her direction with a massive head leaning forward.

Before she would be able to register anything else, a massive arm and claw swept through the air. Brushing her aside like a doll. Sending her into the air.

It had the frame of a rancor, but smaller, smoother… less teeth, but crushing jaws, and massive arms and claws.

And almost before Leda was to land, it was searching and beginning to make its way towards her again.

    IC- Darth Valdimar
    The Sewers

With his opponent dripping in excrement the Tusken grunts while Grievance's blades flare as they block his gaderfii stick with earnest.
"Using the Force is cheating?! How is using a tool at your disposal cheating?!" he snarled while resisting the pressure that the cyborg was applying with the weight of his body. Suddenly there was a shift in weight that startled Valdimar and before he could recover a metallic dome collided with his head.

    *Bong*

"ქავილი!" came the Tusken curse as the priest staggered back holding his forehead. "ჰა!" he exclaimed while pointing to the Kaleesh warrior's head with his weapon. "See! Using a tool at your disposal to gain an advantage over an opponent! Using the Force is no different than using your head to deliver that headbutt. Saying that it is cheating would be like me telling you that your wielding of two blades is cheating. Or that your cybernetic appendages, armor, and size provide an unfair advantage and thus using them is a form of cheating."

Continuing backwards the priest bumped into a slanted gangway that led up into a large passageway that contained pipes of all kinds to various venues within the Pit. "No my robotic friend, the Force is just another of the weapons in your arsenal that you should be familiar with because one day you may need it to save your life, a comrade's life, or to achieve something you otherwise could not."

Grabbing the rail with one hand he nimbly launched himself up and over the it before slowly retreating up the gangway and into the passageway. Turning to face his opponent as he retreated he continued his lecture, "Refusing to train with it, or spar with it, or fight with it doesn't mean you are fighting honorably... really it just means you'll never be at your best. In a fight there is no honor. There is winning and there is losing. Prohibiting yourself from using all the tools at your disposal in battle is a quick way to get dead."

With various overhead pipes no more than twelve feet away the area would feel a bit cramped to the pole arm user. Looking down through the gangway grate at the rushing sewage water thirty feet below him as it fell into the arena they were just in the priest shuddered. "Come now warrior, let us continue our battle on this rickety platform suspended over the rushing muck we were just in. Perhaps the danger of dying in a rushing river of feces will help you let go of your self imposed honorable limitations."

The cyborg chuckles in satisfaction as he both hears and feels the impact of their heads colliding. Of course, not much is suffered on his part as his head is protected by durasteel plating only blaster bolts can damage to a degree. As Valdimar backs away, Grievance advances, irritated as the priest defends the Force as though the warrior has spoken some horrible blasphemy.

"What courage or honor is to be found in standing twenty meters from the battle and wounding the enemy?" he asks, following Valdimar as he continues to back away, "And do you think I chose this cybernetic monstrosity for a shell to live in? Far be that from the truth. I did not ask for this; I did not want this. I had the option of being enhanced beyond mortality in stamina, but I demanded to be left with my own natural endurance for the sake of fighting fairly."

He leaps with ease over the same railing the priest had vaulted over, landing lightly despite his obviously heavy frame. He is unabated by the rickety structure, having learned how to properly distribute his weight when lightfootedness is required. A low growl of unmistakable disagreement rumbles in his chest as the priest declares there is no honor to be had in battle.

"You are wrong, priest," he replies, "It is not so black and white as only winning and losing. Even loss can be had with honor. I find more respect for a young soldier who can lose with grace than I do a decorated veteran who gloats over each victory. Tell me there is no honor upon a loser who agrees to die by the blade rather than surrender his freedom. Likewise, tell me there is no honor upon an old war dog who spares the innocent caught in the crossfire. Do not deny the existence of honor in battle, my friend. It is there, even in disgraceful settings of battle such as this. To what level it exists is up to those on the front."

Grievance has laid bare the very core of his existence. Seeing beyond fighting to win, he clearly understands that there is an art to be found in war. His own moral compass is very strong despite the fact that he is classified as a Sith. This comes from the fact that he has not forgotten his roots or the ancient culture from which he hails. Though almost entirely composed of cybernetic alterations, inside all of that durasteel metal and hydraulics beats the heart of a Kaleesh.

"You show me where honor and courage is found in the Force and perhaps I will permit myself to stand corrected," he replies as the priest points out the dangers of where they now stand in combat, "Death does not frighten me. I have died a thousand deaths and finality will only come as a relief after all of that. Until such time that it can be proven to me that the Force is fair and courageous, I will continue to ignore its existence within myself and fight as I was trained by my people."

    Match 3, continued

    IC: Leda

Leda neared one of the many exits of the pit, exhausted more mentally than physically. Her first match had been confusing, not challenging as she had hoped. The whole thing was disconcerting.

The young warrior shook her head in attempt to rid her thoughts of Ryrr. The fact that he was the one dead and defeated, not her, made it easy. It was obvious now that she had always been the stronger one. She deserved to triumph; she deserved to move to the next obstacle she would tackle just the same. Now, all Leda could think of was a shower and a bed to collapse into… but her wish would not be granted anytime soon as it turned out. She was within a few more steps of freedom when a prickling sensation ran over her body from head to toe, her danger senses screaming out in alarm.

    She froze.

The light from decaying holes in the structure above evaporated, almost as if it was sucked away by the darkness that took its place. As the shadows crept in, an increasing weight pressed in on Leda and she struggled not to collapse under it.

“What the hell is happening,” she whispered through clenched teeth and under quickened breaths. Looking down at her feet, a mist began to crawl up from nowhere, materializing from the very dirt beneath her. It snaked up over her legs, then waist, now at her chest and spiraling up and over her head. Leda’s eyes grew wide, the grip of fear making it impossible to move or cry out.

Fear, as she had felt only minutes before.

As quickly as the mists had enveloped her, they disappeared and Leda found herself transported back to the arena’s center, Ryrr at her feet. Immediately a cacophony of metallic, grinding and clanking noises assaulted her ears, always behind her even when she turned to look for its source. She stilled yet again as she eyed a trap door nearby open with a screech of metal on metal. Slowly rising to become even with the ground was a large cage… it’s door opening to reveal its contents.

Step by vibrating step a massive and unknown creature lumbered forward, eyeing her with a hunger that made her jaw drop open. It let loose a roar as it closed in, its hot breath washing over her much smaller frame, showering her in ropes of saliva and other miscellaneous fluids. Leda wiped a smearing of liquid from her eyes and fought the urge to retch.

“Thanks, you kriffing BAST-“ With an abrupt and deceivingly fast move for a creature so awkwardly built, a hand swept out and caught Leda roughly in the side. Her feet left the floor and she was airborne, crashing a good distance away from she had been previously standing. She rolled to her knees, gasping for air as all oxygen had been knocked clean from her lungs. Through blurred eyes she found the beast, searching for her again.

“Haven’t I won?!” she called out harshly, her breathing finally returning to even. Or was this the next match, she had time to wonder, barely. Grabbing and igniting her saber, she stopped overthinking… and charged.

Coming up on the ugly creature, Leda jumped and positioned her saber overhead, gripped with both hands. Utilizing the Force for added height, the blonde was now level with her new foe to which she brought her blade down hard. With any luck it would catch it at the top of its skull, ending this before it ever gained ground to turn into a full on fight.

Alekto could already feel the pale man's tendrils of the Force reaching for her neck even before she reached him-- gasping slightly, she abandoned her attack mid-jump, and instead came to an abrupt stop as her held her mid-air. Her hands flew to her throat, dagger still clutched in her left hand.

But as soon as her green fingertips touched her neck, she frowned. With her air supply still incrementally closing off, she lifted her left hand and flung her dagger at the man as a last-ditch attempt to land a kriffing hit. Once again, it was one of those actions that was so un-premeditated that as soon as the dagger's hilt left her palm, Alekto wondered if indeed that was the smartest move she could have made.

With her dagger spinning rapidly towards the Vahla man, Alekto resumed her kicking and struggling-- she did not feel like dying by asphyxiation at all. So she kicked and scrabbled at her neck, and called upon the Force, hoping to guide it to give herself a buffer around her neck.

His confidence surged as Alekto hung before him, gasping for breathe. The priest of Vahl grinned wickedly, watching as his victim grasping at her throat. Her resolve was not yet spent, still armed she threw the dagger. It flew swiftly directly towards his heard, her aim even while in grave danger was true, her skill impressed him.

No sooner had she thrown the blade than he felt her fight, first physically then through the Force. He did not resist her attempts, instead ceased his stranglehold on her throat and let her drop unceremoniously. The dagger demanded his immediate attentions, and while her aim was true the attack itself was was destined to fail as quickly as it was conceived.

The dagger's path was abruptly interrupted by a simple barrier and sending it ricochetting back, landing between them and less than five paces from where Alekto hit the ground. It mattered not he would end it here, and now. He intended to strike her down, violently, before she could recover.

Barely a footfall could be heard as he raced forward, the single crimson blade of his lightsaber prepared to strike at a moments notice.

    IC: Reiis Invadator

Reiis Invadator strode coolly into the pit, robes black as the night flapping and curling around her cyborg form as she positioned herself in the Pit's center, spinning on her heel to face the direction from which she came. Her breathing came in soft monotony behind the faceless mask, the Dark Side coursing through her signature in the Force. An ex-Sith brutally mutilated for her failures, Reiis Invadator did not have a past that would suggest gentleness or forgiveness.

And she certainly wouldn't show any to a....

    Jedi.

Her remaining living arm, the left one, clenched at the thought. She had been Jedi once, and it simply hadn't worked well. She wasn't weak like them...not cowardly like them. Reiis embraced the Dark Side for what it gave her...and what it could take from others.

The deep snap-hiss of her Darksaber signaled it's ignition. The blade, however impossible it may have seemed, was even darker than the robes and mask she wore. It repelled...no...consumed the light around it, darkening the visage of the rogue Sith that wielded it.

    The Darkness would prevail.

    The Light would perish.

Alekto coughed, kneeling on the brackish floor of the forest after having been unceremoniously dropped, and watched her dagger bounce off a palpable Force barrier surrounding the tall man. "You son of a kath hound," she groaned, a tattooed hand rubbing her aching throat. She then irreverently spat in his direction, and gave him the dirtiest of glares.

She had barely blinked when already the man was racing her direction, lightsaber held high and prepared to strike. Alekto allowed herself a tiny surprised gasp before she launched into action. She pushed herself forward into a tumble, reaching for her dagger with the Force and meeting it in the middle; closing the gap between she and the Vahla man, Alekto gripped her dagger in one hand and held out the palm of the other. She wanted as little distance between the two of them as she could possibly get, and with her free hand she reached for the ankle she had cut at the beginning of their fight. In her palm she was already focusing on generating heat; it was fueled by her frustration and anger, and she hoped to clamp her blazing hot, and perhaps fiery, little hand around the man's open wound and bring him down. With her dagger hand, she intended to be ready to strike as soon as she was close.

She centered herself, letting the force flow through her. It was calming, and peaceful, and prepared her for the battle ahead.
Edo didn't necessarily like to do battle, but when it was nessecary to protect another, then she would. She knew most Jedi would relish the thought of a darksider's defeat, but she viewed it with sadness, that there was no other way.
The miraluka took out her two guard shotos, and readied herself. It was no easy thing, to serve the light, but she knew the force was with her.
