The battle of Endor is not far away. It is a time of revenge for the Rebel Alliance. Recovering from Hoth, the fleet is ready to take on the Empires reincarnation of the Deth Star.

You can be any character that was leading the millitary in RotJ. I will run the Rebels and whoever else wants to can Run the Empire the way they want.

I'm a bit confused,tell me if this is alright.

 

Before I do join. What will we be doing in this RPG?

 

Well first the battle of Endor will take place, and that is basicly what will start it off. Just because the rebels won it in the movie, doesn't mean whoevers playing the Imps won't win in this RPG. They do have the Death Star, so they can reap havoc.

Okay. Can I be Luke?

 

Hmmm....

That's a hard one to play due to the fact that Luke didn't command ships. Yes his role is sagnificant, but he isn't playable. I'm not going to be having you act out the Deth Star throne room bit.

But If you want to be him post Deth Star, say create a character now, play him till Endor is over, then play Luke that's OK

 

Question: Can I be Leia?

 

Same thing as Luke. The position is saved for you, however Endor has to be played as another character. I hope you understand

 

sure. edit will come up with character soon. question can I play biggs for endor, since I can't come up with any female pilots off of the top of my head and am lazy. I'm actually supposed to be writing a paper at the moment, and you see what I'm doing.

Davofett: Just as a thought about how to run this better, you might consider allowing Luke and Leia to be played. You did say this was supposed to be an alternate future kind of thing; things could change, etc. What if Luke had been killed by Vader? What if Leia was burned down instead of being hit by a blaster set to 'wound dramatically'? That would have changed things signficantly. It wouldn't be neccessary for the player to 'reenact' the Endor Ground battle or the fight with Vader, any more than its neccessary for the fighter pilots to reenact every little bit of Endor.

 

That is true, Davofett. Without the ground group, the air group wouldn't have gotten in range of the death star. what if the group hadn't gotten the shield down in time?

 

I'm leaving for a trip and won't be back until Sunday morning, so I won't be able to post during that time. See you guys then.
