Lol how a few of us put Billy Joel on our music lists, hutt & cubman. Feel like I cheated putting greatest hits albums on mine but I grew up on them, not specific albums, & if I'm stranded on a desert island than I WANT ALL THE HITS.

@Huttese 101 , love lots of your picks! The mention of Poe made me regret not adding him, but I'm sure he's in the North American Norton Anthology somewhere. So happy you put Meet the Robinsons on there! I somehow missed MtR, just saw it last year. Loved it, didn't think I would but it's so fun & silly & hit all the feels. An underrated one for sure. & your album choices are great, but that's cause yours is the only list where I've actually listened to/know of all the albums.

I almost put Avatar: TLA on my list but I''m happy you and @DarthAnakin96 did, great show.

Yeah, CoaHTR is a tad random; for me the sets, costumes, lighting, staging, etc. etc. of the movies I picked I find glorious to take in & would keep me occupied for ages. Not even counting the acting & all. As for BatB, well, that's hard. I have to go with the Disney 1991 version, but I also love the 1946 French version. And yes Akira! That movie keeps giving every time I watch it.

@DarthAnakin96, I find the lack of books/graphic novels on your list disturbing. Jk. Love that you put the Incredibles on there, but especially Emperor's New Groove! That's another underrated one, really funny w/heart too. Did you ever watch the spinoff tv series they did?

I just realized I have not watched a non star wars film in theaters since 2015.

 

I have seen a couple of non-SW films since then, and by far the best was "Kubo and the Two Strings".

 

I love that movie, the visuals and music were amazing.

 

I think I liked the end credits the best.

 

I assume the extra time is commercials sprinkled throughout 3 episodes as each one is usually 30 min time slot.





@Valency Jane I actually haven’t seen much of avatar but I figured I’d watch it if I was stranded plus I wanted a animated show on my list and I’ve only heard good things about it.

Sorry about the lack of novels I don’t read much but The Incredibles is one of my favorite movies for sure Same with Emprerors New Groove! And yes I used to watch that one spinoff show all the time when I was little.

 

Avatar is great. Also Dave Filoni worked on the first two seasons.

 

Loved that show!

 

I realised today that if you combine Jango and Boba Fett, you get Bongo Fett.

Just thought I'd throw that out there.
