I'm confused cause they are filming the newest X-Men, Dark Phoenix now aren't they. So how would that work?...

 

Dark Phoenix may just be the last Fox X-Men movie, but I would be more the ecstatic if they could work the current team and Deadpool/X-Force/New Mutants/X-23 into the MCU with some magic/science/BS that I can buy with technobabble. Even if they're loosely connected. But I don't want them to become like the other MCU movies. I feel like Disney should allow for the franchises to remain mostly separate and allow for variety in terms of tone.
