PT RYL: PT Social Thread - The First Annual RYL Awards (name pending)(TM) Day 5!!

All in all good movie. No way great imho and is very weak compared to BvS..

Good:
Batman Is of course GOAT. and all characters all legit. Story is ok, felt lil rushed I guess. Action/action scenes were great. Honestly loved them and felt didn't over do the action like in MOS. Couple funny jokes actually. Post credit scene had me in shock. Opening scene was awesome. And Superman has one really awesome line..

Bad:

Felt a lil bit rushed over all, but mostly to me In first hour. The music.. Which I think deserves a post all to it's self to discuss, The soundtrack makes me completely sick... Superman's upper lip is bad news, lmao. Stephen Wolf was kinda lame...

I enjoyed it, and will for sure see again..

The best thing about the hunger game movies was the President Snow scenes, Donald Sutherland did such a great job with the character.

Good time to rant bout JL soundtrack?

 

Oh boy I hope it doesn’t ruin the movie for me.

Not sure what maddens me more, that fact that Elfman used 2 old themes, or the fact the he was to scarred to use them? You can only hear the 89 Batman theme like 3 times. Mostly I heard just the couple beats part.. Superman I believe you only hear once briefly.. So I feel like these characters don't barely have a theme cause they didn't even use them much..

And Elfman did not use the Han Zimmer Superman theme, but once very very softly..

The soundtrack had little to no emotion to it. IMHO if you compare this to bvs soundtrack, there is no comparison.

Oh well, probably need to watch again before I judge..

 

To those who have seen it, how did you like Steppenwolf? No spoilers please, just general thoughts. I've seen a lot of controversy about him lol
