Look they have to make money and this is the best way. They are a business.
Well everyone else is fine with getting their shows up on Netflix, or in Cable. Why can't them?
Money. This way they get all the profits.
It's a growing trend though, CBS did it with the new Star Trek show and I'm sure this won't be the last company to do something like this. Hell I bet Lucas would have done something similar if he could.
It also has to do with normal Cable dying.
Eh, count me then as uninterested- sorry but I'm simply not gonna chime in to be giving my cash to Disney for perpetuity-
If it's any good I may buy the season full and would probably end up being cheaper
I mean as long as you keep seeing anything Star Wars related they get the money.
Not if I go the way of the Pirate
I feel like I'm the only one who genuinely likes (and has for many years) liked Disney
I don't mind them at all.
I've since posted the teaser trailer a couple-three weeks back, but am still curious if this is catching anyone's fancy. Because it's definitely caught mine.
Hopefully, this delivers what it promises, a back-to-the-basics space adventure where the protagonists are as clueless as the audience regarding the strange alien world upon which they're marooned; where the universe beyond Earth remains virtually unexplored and the very prospect of alien life is still something fantastical.
In any event, the production value looks almost inexplicably high. Where the hell is Netflix getting the money for this?
@Darkslayer @El Jedi Colombiano
thanks guys, will do this week
live action TV series you say? must google
oh wait that search engine doesn't exist yet
I've already sold my soul to them, and probably will again sometime.
Anyone else think RYL HS should end after 500 pages??
Whatever happened to cutting this thread short?
Seegot chickened out..
I love Disney, have ever since I was a kid
