Deep within the Empire a man was thinking.
His family was half way across the galaxy from him, leaving him with no other choice but to listen to a man he had long since past in every sense of the word.

He no longer wished to though. It had been days now since his recovery and he was growing stronger, more angry, more.. determined.

"Lord Vader?"

Who dared to interrupt such thoughts..

The dark eyes snapped open to reveal a young ground palace officer, Lt. Jaine Griel, a female Hollian from the Hollar System.

The blue skin twitched as the black mask fell upon her shoulders.

"What is it?" Vader snapped. "It had better be of importance, Griel!"

"It is, sir." Griel assured the dark master. "You have a private transmission coming in, sir."

"Send it here, fool!" Vader thundered. "You know protocols!"

"I would, sir, but-"

"But what?"

"It's a channel coming from a Rebel ship, Sir."

"It's been months," one man said, as he stared into the nothingness of the swamp lands of the world. "If he is not ready, he will never be, and all else will fail!"

"Both know now, they do." another said. "This is most unexpected, and unfortunate."

"They are strong." the man insisted. "He'll be ready when it's time, I'm just not certain about the other."

"Which one, hmm?" the other asked. "The daughter, or the father?"

"You know who." the man then whispered. "You know..."

"What?" the young General then roared sleepily.

Leia pulled the heap of blankets off of the General and commanded him to sit up strait.

"You still didn't say why you're interrupting my beauty sleep, sweetheart!"

"Get dressed!"

Leia tossed a heap of clothes in his face that had been equally tossed upon his bedroom floor, and then began searching for his boots. "How can you find anything in this mess?"

"Hey, it's my bedroom, and my mess!" Han argued lamely.

"When we get married hotshot, a few things are going to change around here!"

"Where are we going?" Han yawned, as he sat up reaching across the bed for the clothes Leia heaved at him.

"The Communications center!" Leia said.

"Why?" Han wined with a yawn. "Admirals, with assignments, hang out in there!"

"We've intercepted a transmission."

"So?"

"Han, we think we might have a spy!"

"Oh!"

Han then dressed and left with Leia toward the Comms center.
