As to how it seems like its just finished, thats because you're sorta right.

There is no set date for running RPF awards, just that the Autumn one has to be done in October, and the Winter one in January.

I did the Autumn one late in the month, and Saint did the January one early in the month.

So yah, its quicker. But it'll balance out when the break b/w Winter and Spring is longer.
