Who doesn't love some delicious roast beef.
If there is a nice horseradish cream sauce, I could eat that for hours.

I like it quite rare, with the juices oozing out.

 

That looks good. I like mine medium - still pink but no blood. Add me to the horseradish appreciation society as well.

It's the perfect sandwich meat. Much better than salami.
