Honestly, if i had to say some people were my mentors in a way, it was probably.

These guys really helped me in ways of developing my playstyle, along with becoming a better RP'er all together.

Jello helped a bit too, but he was more like a co-schemer.

Not really sure if i influence any of you, but Meh. I'm an oldbie, so bite me.

 

For the sake of dignity, let us not compare internet RP relationships to blood kin. Mentor/pupil is more than sufficient.

 

Except mentors don't grow on trees.

I'd like to say I was one of Imp's first but I don't know how true it is...It's funny, really, that the Original RPers drifted here from the EUC 7 years ago, and I did the same just a few years later along with many of the BMC crowd (I noticed the other day that he BMC is no longer in existence ) and the Crimson Jedi (Through which I met and befriended my two biggest Mentors, Elu and Imp.)

 

I'm not one to hold grudges, but...damn.

I was initially taught- very, very thoroughly I might add- by the old Sith cadre: Darth-Vassago, dragonsith13, with Despised1 and darth_nemisis also helping out. Quite frankly, the improvements they caused between them were what I needed, since I was truly appalling to begin with.
Learned quickly though.

 

I still think I'm appalling.

I'd say my mentors have definitely been Ktala, Grejedi, and Sinrebirth. I will never forget my first RPF Lightsaber Combat match, that was a good one, wouldn't you say Sinre? Anyway, just wanted to give some props to those who I feel have had a major impact on my experience here. Your have all been really awesome, and I've enjoyed everything that we've participated in.

 

My only real master was Greyjedi125


as for emulating him.. I guess I have tried to. But I've also tried to remain unique. But he has taught me a lot about role playing. But prolly more about life in general.

 

greyjedi125 is in fact a hidden Zen master who also specialises in the art of iaijutsu, ninjutsu, and the Meaning of Life. The sooner you come to understand this, the easier it gets.

Grey doesn't really enjoy being as famous as he is haha. Realyl great guy, very helpful, and talking with him. Is like the wisdom of (place deity of choice here) in human form. The guy is great haha really glad he took me under his wing. I didn't expect it but now he and i are really really good friends.
