Saga The Saddest Bullet-Challenge Order 66

Title: The Saddest Bullet

Notes: Written for the Order 66 Challenge.




"It will be done my lord."
In many people's mind that is a horrible thing to say. It's betrayel and murder. Yet to Clone Commander Latuk it was just an order. Like many other order's that have come. Even though this one was to kill the man that is leading him, has led him before. Master Jedi Ki-Adi-Mundi even had saved Latuk's life before. But that wasn't the issue order's were orders. He said to his comrades " Blast him", and fired.

KI-ADI-MUNDI'S VIEW
In the last two years this was routine, he has done it hundreds of times. Yet this time it was different. He raised his lightsaber and charged. He didn't notice untill it was too late. He knew they weren't following so he turned, too late. He blocked as many as he could but one got through, the saddest bullet in his life. He has seen many but this one, it killed him. He was shot a few more times and as he died he wondered, why was this different.



This is my first fan fic please tell me how it is and all!

I have to agree, it was just an order. The Clones same obedience to authority that had let them win so many battles under Jedi command also allowed them to kill the Jedi without hesitation or mercy when an even higher authority commanded it.

Nice balance of the perspectives.

Yeah even though the order were evil some were good, so they just followed them all, programming.

Thanks I wrote the Clone one but then I thought I should do Ki-adi's too it would be cooler.

i thought that was a really sad part in the movie when he got killed.. because he just turned around and like i dunno just the look in his eyes...

 

It was the fact that the Jedi were betrayed, but they never knew why, which always gets me...
