Who watched it?!
It was pretty good. I actually like it better than Bionic Woman. What's with all these British actresses invading Hollywood? Not that there's anything wrong with it or anything.
I liked it. It continues tonight. There's a nice article in Entertainment Weekly, about how it doesn't really follow T3, and will sort of lead up to the new film starring Christian Bale, due in 2009.
Here's a recap:
I liked how Summer's character is named "Cameron" and the way they arrived in 2007 was way nice - easier on the eyes than Ah-nuld.
i remember seeing this at comic con last july
I'll have to check it out later.
I had to dl the first episode but I liked it a lot. Looks like it's gonna go head to head against Heroes. Eep... Should we start a pool on when John and Cameron make out?
Better yet - since the guy who plays John is the same guy who plays Claire's boyfriend on Heroes, Claire and Cameron should fight over him - one can't get hurt, and one can't die.
Chick fight... nice Matty. haha
The new terminator is by far the greatest looking girl who has ever lived on the face of this planet. Greater than Jessica Alba and Natalie Portman combined (Not literally, but in terms of beauty).
Probably Summer Glau's most normal role considering what she's played before. good series so far.
Don't know what effect the strike will have on this show though or how many new episodes are already done.
I think I read somewhere they have 9 of 13 done before the strike?
I think my head would explode if that happened!
In regards to the show, I read somewhere that they have new episodes up until March.
Here are a couple of cool articles and interviews on the show:
Now, what would happen if they got Gerard Butler to play Kyle Rease (John Conner's father, played by Michael Biehn in T-1/T-2) in flashbacks, or yet - another Terminator?
Or if they could somehow do a cross-over where the The Conners and Cameron wind-up on Wysteria Lane where they meet Nathan Fillion's character on Desperate Housewives where he's a doctor, then are later tracked down by Adam Baldwin' character "Casey" from Chuck? Now THAT would be worth watching...
So nearly unstoppable killing machine vs a terminator. I like it.
Hey, I didn't say that.
So when Kyle died, it was Sarah who picked up "Reese's Pieces", so to speak?
for those of you who have iTunes (and an ipod that plays video) the 1st pilot episode can be downloaded for free at the iTunes music store. i love Macs!
I mean Spartan nearly unstoppable killing machine.
Is it just me or is Cameron becoming more and more less human like?
Apparently Cameron's blending in programming only works for the first episode.
Maybe she should just shed her clothes and don't say anything?
If anyone wants to catch up on episodes, go to http://www.fox.com/home.htm
It might help if you've seen the first two films first, though.
Yeah, last night I kept saying 'darn, we needed to re-watch TI & T2, I'm forgetting stuff.' I had forgotten about the bit with the dogs for example. I'm glad they are putting all those details into the series!
I thought it was great that they did a T3 tie in. I had remembered they said Sara Conner was dead in that movie (easy way to write out her character) and it had been leukemia. So the cause of cancer is consistent, even if they changed the time line of her death a bit.
Of course my husband has to semi-ruin the fun by saying 'you know, why don't they just send back 100 terminators to kill John.' And I was left wondering why that skeletal terminator took 8 years to turn on. David said he just needed to be licked by the cat, naturally! LOL! Dogs don't like Terminators, Cats like Terminators
