The Second Death Star.....

Ok, this is something I've been thinking about for a couple of days now,and decided toa sk here. If this belong sin the Ep3 spoiler forum, then move it please.

Anyway, we know through spoilers that Mustafar is the place where the parts for the Death Star are being made. If it takes that long to make those parts and create a first Death Star, how did they create the second one so quick?
