Discussion number two:

Why do you believe that when the clones changed armor to become Stormtroopes for the Empire, their wit and accuracy decreased?

 

cus there new helmets were horrible in design.

 

Because most of the clones were dead by the time the new armor was issued. This is the reason for the Empire's recruiting campaign. This would also be what Luke Skywalker was referring to as "the academy". Although I believe that academy was for pilots and not troops.

 

As stated before most clones were already dead by that time and something in the gene pool screwed up everyone elses brains

 

I agree. Evidence of this is in Battlefront II.
