Thank you, Emperor.
Our numbers are dwindling and I fear that if we do not meet soon, this thread will return to it's old abandonment.
For this to be successful, more people will have to reply to your topics.
I mean have an actual MEETING at Troup or Long Cane. People keep dropping off of the boards.
Ah. Yes, that would be a great benefit as well. Although the younger members, basically all middle schoolers, do not value the boards as we do, and prefer to keep their interests in the monthly meetings.
In case no one has thought of this... discussions don't work without a little... you know... discussion.
People are online. I don't know why they aren't replying. Perhaps, for some, the topic is too controversial.
That's what makes it a good topic. People can actually talk about it instead of posting once and ending it.
Yes. I agree, but not everyone is comfortable doing that. For now I'd just say try and spike interest.
Why do you think that Darth Vader had a differenr lightsaber in every movie?
Did he keep losing it just as he did when he was called Anakin?
Or did he merely think of more efficient versions of his weapon?
^short, but efficient...
I thought so.
You got to amite they get coller by the next movie.
True. But I doubt he would have purposely recreated it that many times. There is something almost sacred about making a lightsaber. Building one is not something you take lightly.
Even for a Sith. I don't know if he would have recreated it multiple times for the "newness" of it. I think that if he didn't lose it, he would have made the new saber with an advantage over the previous model.
i.e. Episode V saber doesn't have that annoying knob at the bottom like the Episode III model.
You say annoying. I say... stylish.
What do you mean different lightsabers besides the switch in episode III and II?
Episodes IV, V, and VI, respectively.
Actually, five has a mistake. That little clasp beside the switch is removed in the Ep. V saber. There's just a little rounded screw with a pin through it.
Darn. And here I thought I had come across something good.
How do you get those pictures up?
Weird cuz I never even noticed it
JDD, on the Format controls, "image" is the 5th to the right on the top row. All you have to do is to type/paste the address of the picture you want to show up.
OK, this thread is completely void of meaning unless others besides Xanatos and me start posting replies to the topics? Does ANYONE have an opinion?
