quick ooc: Kreia has cloaked her presence, I think I mentioned it in both posts. So, I´ll assume you felt only Sion, for now. Except LordT disagrees with that being within´ her range of abilities.

The droid brushed one tentacled arm beneath the glowing orb of its only eye and proceeded to explain the differences between human wavelengths and infrared vision and how it all came together to detect life. Han wasn't interested in hearing a science lesson and maybe Raa detected his impatience, for the droid quickly continued his rambling with a bit of information that might actually be useful.

"If you want sir, I could ascend to the top of this complex and perform a life-form sweep as you suggest of the surrounding area," Raa offered in a tone that came off a little too pleasing for his tastes.

Still, he turned and studied the droid for a long moment before shifting his gaze upward to trace the height of the nearest structure. "You know, I think you might actually be onto something," he admitted with hands planted on his hips. "Why don't you go on up and check it out. I'll, uh...stay down here."

Without waiting for Raa to acknowledge his order, Han turned away to continue his initial search of the area. The pedestrian walkway they were currently standing on stretched out before them and connected the main hub with a second platform several meters away. At the head of that platform, Han recalled a heavy blast-gate that was erected to serve the sole purpose of keeping nosy travelers out. Only those with a special key-code were granted access.

But as Han followed the length of the walkway with his eyes, he noticed that the blast-gate was simply...gone, a large durasteel wall barring the way where the gate once stood. And that wasn't the only thing that was gone - entire walkways and service corridors were missing. A curse slipped through his parted lips as his curiosity got the better of him. Before he knew what was happening, he found himself moving forward, the only sound coming from the clicking of his boot heels on the permacrete surface.

As he neared the opposite platform, he paused to study his new surroundings and frowned. It was a lot worse than he thought. It wasn't just a walkway here and there that was missing or out of place...the entire layout of this side of the spaceport was different. Storage lockers turned up where corridors should have been and the main hangar was no longer a network of smaller platforms - it was one gigantic mess, cluttered from floor to ceiling with droid parts and other random junk.

And most disturbing of all - the Falcon was missing. Or rather, he came to the hard realization that it would be hopeless to pinpoint it in this mess. It was as if he had arrived on a Coruscant that never existed or he never knew. But that couldn't be possible, could it?

Balling his hands into fists, Han slammed the nearest bulkhead with a fit of pent-up frustration. He heard himself yell out into the empty air before he noticed that his actions had dislodged something from the wall and it now came to rest at his feet. Han stared at the device for a long moment before finally bending over to retrieve it. He turned the object over and over within his grip and decided that it was some kind of breathing apparatus, better suited for beings who were not accustomed to breathing in the oxygen rich air. That definitely didn't bode well.

Swallowing hard, Han lifted his gaze and looked around, half expecting an ambush of some sort. Whatever was going on, he was certain that the owners of such a breathing device were responsible. Whether they were Vong...or something totally different, he couldn't be sure. All he knew was he didn't like it.

    And then it got worse.

From behind him, the sound of metal clattering against metal echoed off of the tall buildings.

With quick reflexes, Han was back on his feet, his trusty DL-44 in his hand and aiming in the direction the sound had originated from. Frantic eyes searched the area, but unfortunately, he found nothing, which wasn't all that surprising...

"Hey, uh...Vuffi?" he called out with caution. "I think you better hurry up with that scan of yours. I have a feeling we're

OOC: ?Good eating on one of those.? Terry Pratchett, Small Gods.

IC: Ensign Ewlla Iillor, hotel lobby.

The Corellian cut a dashing figure ? if the observer were a Yuzzum - as she stepped from the chrysopaz-plated turbolift.

Adrenalin in full flow was a wonderful thing, it made you forget a lot of things, but now that it had worn off, Ewlla, fresh from the binary-sunned wastes of Tatooine, realised that she was drokking freezing!

The purple covering from the bed was draped round her shoulders, and the pillow-case carried her weapon, jar, those mints, and the muja fruit, cos there was good eating on those things.

She had comm?ed as she moved, but apart from a strange, omnipresent static-like signal emanating still from her pink-strapped wrist-device, she got no joy on any channel, regardless of who she called.
She could not raise the Judicial Arcology, Directory Enquiries, or that Mitch Nifesta?s Secret Galactic Intelligence Service, though, truth be told, she hadn?t expected much success with the latter.
In her book, any organisation purporting to be ?Secret?, had no business being contactable via public comm.

Ewlla couldn?t even contact the Jedi Temple to report their Tatooine operative, Kibeena Lite, as missing. Unlike Mitch, she refused to call him, ?Knight Lite?, as it sounded too much like a bedside lamp, which was probably why the twi?lek liked it.

White marble steps overlooked a spacious lobby that benefited greatly from natural light pouring in from large ceiling to floor windows, and a transparent roof.

    Finally, Ewlla stopped to listen.

    Silence.

She had accepted the lack of other guests and staff in the hallway on her floor, and during the journey down in the turbolift, but now it was looking like she had arrived on a wet Natunda afternoon!

?But this is the planet that never sleeps.? She muttered aloud, the words seeming to hang in the air. ?Where the drokk is everyone?? The ensign cupped both hands around her mouth to make an organic loudhailer. ?HELLO? WHERE IS EVERYBODY?? Then, because it felt necessary, ?THIS IS NOT FUNNY!?

    Nothing.

This was too spooky. Second time in two...days?

Iillor grabbed the pillowcase that hung from her hip, and retrieved the DC-15, before carefully descending the abbreviated staircase into the lobby proper, the soles of her boots making absolutely no sound as she stepped down the hard surfaces, gaze darting along the waist-high Reception desk to her left, and among the columns and soft armchairs to her right.

This was different from her first time alone. Before, she had been at breakfast with Tilly and her parents, when the Harvester droid had attacked their Tatooine homestead, killing the others.

There had been a space of several hours between that, and the twi?lek saving her, when she had been the sole survivor, burrowing into the depths of the habitat to avoid the same fate.

She had been alone then too, but this was different.

It was a hotel. A hotel. On Coruscant.

?Do you know how many palms have to be greased to let you build a hotel on Coruscant?? Ewlla murmered allowed as she vaulted over the Reception counter, and started looking for communication devices, sweeping her hands into and along the many shelves and alcoves hidden by the counter façade.

She stood back, dropping back into the grey cushioned staff chair, the furniture scooting back a couple of centimetres on a puff of air.

    Place was clean.

Ewlla frowned. ?Clean.? She dug her heels into the floor and pulled herself and the chair forwards and closer to the empty counter so that she could run the pad of her right forefinger over the surface, and inspect it. ?This place is very clean. Who cleans all this?? She stood, torn as to her actions. ?Right, I am giving this investigation ten standard minutes, and then I am going to the Arcology.?

Laying the gun flat on the lower work surface, rather than the higher area that the guests saw, she dropped back onto the chair, pulled the pillowcase back onto her lap and delved into it again, retrieving the small white cosmet

    Temple

"Welcome to the abandoned Center of the Galaxy then, Princess Leia Organa. I assume you know as little about this, than I do?" Kreia dragged her hood deeper into her face. "I feel much grief in you. such feelings can betray you in a place like this. Where your soul is all that stands between you and the powers of fate." Kreia slowly moved towards her. She felt more and more appearing any second now. Sion. He was here. Revan. He was here. But disturbing enough even more powerful creatures than him.

    Would he come?

Yes, maybe. If so they were all lost. "And I feel our fate here won´t be a pleasant one." Kreia added, smiling a bitter smile at Leia.

    Darth Sion
    The Corridors

Darth Sion stretched his back by pulling his shoulders as far behind as he could. And then with a single leap he covered the space between him and the young Jedi. His crimson blade made a circle in the air and came dwon with a powerful strike from behind his back in a wide circle over his head and into the defense of the boy.

The second their lightblade touched, his knee rammed up into the ribs of the boy, his blade psuhing him away to make room for another, hopefully deadly attack. he had no time for this. Not for any of this!

    Cade Skywalker
    Waking up on Coruscant, Hangar

If you fall alseep on your own ship and wake up in an empty hangar without any idea how you got there . . . you know you should quit the deathsticks.

Cade sat up and his head welcomed him with the usual mix of pain and blurry images. Complimented by a migrane and a simply but effective nausea. He resisted the feeling he had to throw up and instead shook his head. Looking around, he had a little too much of a deja-vu. Steel corridors. Smell of cleaning droids. Hell, this was not Tatooine, was it?

    I think not, Cade.

"Guys?" He asked into the hall. Had he done anything so bad, they had kicked him ut of his own ship and left him here? Maybe. Can´t rule it out, if you do not remember anything. they could be in trouble as well. It was hard to say.

The Rawk Chopped Special was still there and he decided it might be a good idea to draw it. Maybe kill something. Anything. His lightsaber was there, too. But he made sure it was hidden beneath his coat. Then he looked around. Hangar. A label. Coruscant Eastport. Coruscant?

    Dammit.

He suffocated another yell in his need to hide. And pulled himself to the next wall. His head was aching too bad. But he drew strength from the force. Nobody said being trained by the Jedi was for nothing. But the Sith had the better standing abilities, when it came ot the force. He hissed out the air, as if the pain would leave with it and opened the doors. Holding his blaster in his right hand, he found no guards. Nobody at all. Actually.

Only now he realized what could be going on, but a grab at his coat did assure him the two deathsticks left were still there.

Voices. Somewhere ahead. What could he do? He had to find out what was going on. He carefully moved through the corridor, until he saw the odd couple.

It wasn't surprising that the Captain was willing to have them split up, going each their seperate ways for a bit. If it wasn't for the Captain being a captain he might have wondered if the man was scared of heights the way he looked and then dismissed him to deal with it. A ludicrus thought when one considered some of the stories he had heard Master Lando tell about the Captain and his Wookie co-pilot.

Not missing a beat he continued to walk along on his five limbs across the other section, up a cargo/passenger lift designed with two seperate control panels set at different heights and sizes. One looked about right for a Herglich. Quickly tapping in the uppermost level he waited, not seeing what was around him so lost in thought he proceeded to a window. Pausing a moment to lock open before shambling up the outside of the building.

From the top looking down this wasn't something that his processors could truly ignore as he took in that great city scape in what for a droid very nearly approached awe. So many spires, buildings of differing shapes, sizes and artitechieral designs from many differing species minds were laid upon its surface stretching out before him. It was almost enough to take the thought of passing seconds away before he noticed a few abherent and moving heat signitures. Some could of been animals, or perhaps even droids simply going about their business but all in all there barely was enough probable life to fill a transport.

One in particular caught his attention, Captain Solo appeared to shadow boxing, although could of brought that on was definately unknown. Shambling back inside he quickly descended, wondering if just possibly one of those things out there could be his Master, that and the current sanity of Captain Solo which he would evaluate as soon as he returned to the man.

As he exited the lift and quickly was returning he heard Captain Solo call out to hurry back, and something about not being alone any more. Something which prompted him to hurry back with his main eye focused from the way he was coming. Stopping a meter away from Captain Solo he raised a single tentacle and allowed the tip to drop down pointing at the sole heat signiture he could find nearby with all of the dense structures around that was in the direction of Solo's current fear. Back a ways from the direction that they had come from just about, whether from the corridor they had used or an adjacent he was having dificulty pinpointing.

"Sir, I completed my scan, and from my capabilities in this regard there is sparse life possibly detected. One possibility of which is in that direction Captain Solo, although it could just be a faulty heat exchanger or powercell bank." Doing his best to keep his hope and desire to find out who it was in check he waited to see what the Captain would decide as their course of action next. After all his last idea just might yet 'produce fruit' as some might say.

And just as Vuffi had ended his report from above, something popped up on his scan. It had been easy to oversee in his first round, but now he got a clear signal. Asecond check would confimr the results. In the barren landscapes of towers and streets there was little life. But some remained. A concentration of at least two hundred life forms could be detected.

Somewhere at or near the old Monument Plaza.

    [image=http://images3.wikia.nocookie.net/starwars/images/4/4f/MonumentPlaza.jpg]

And if one made a visual scan . . . looked very hard as humans might have called it, there could be seen a single flying object over it. The only one the usually crowded skies of Coruscant.

Starkiller was still a long way off. There was no reason to prepare himself for battle quite yet.
Vader instead pondered on the other beings he could sense. At least two of them he recognised, one without a doubt.
    "Luke."
Exactly as he remembered him from when they had last met, a little older, but none the wiser.
    None at all.
    Good.

    And then there was...The Princess.
But there was something different about her. Very different. Why had he been able to sense her so quickly and so clearly? It took him a little time to realize that she was force sensitive, although Vader was not quite satisfied it was the whole reason. Clearly force sensitive though. And pretty powerful.
But this Leia had been trained, if only in the basics; she seemed to clearly 'know' the force. This certainly explained why she had resisted his mind probe aboard the first Death Star. Vader pondered on her for far longer than he first intended. She was conversing with another...very powerful user. Who, Vader could not determine.

But Luke...Luke was his main priority. The boy was also with another force user, lightsided. He could not let this influence corrupt him.
From what he already knew, Skywalker had spent an unknown amount of time with his former Master, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and although he himself had killed his former teacher, this new influence could be very much the pivoting point. Vader had to make a quick decision.
As far as he was concerned, Starkiller's presence was merely an inconvenience, but would have to be dealt with. He could not have the former apprentice turned Jedi show up while he was trying to deal with Luke. But he had very little time. Skywalker was close, but not close enough, and every moment he spent with his new companion was corrupting him.

Vader had of course noticed the deserted city around him, and was pretty sure that the presence of the 'dead' Starkiller had something to do with it, but he really couldn't care less about the majority of the population who was mis-No.
    No way.
Another force presence he had passed over had suddenly flared.
    It was... Himse-His former self.
Neither dark nor light, this was the young slave, Anikin Skywalker.
And there was another very powerful Jedi with him.
A whole mish-mash of memories he thought he'd long forgotten suddenly bombarded his brain and he actually felt his body stagger slightly before he growled in an almost feral manner and pulled the darkside into him, attempting to expel the memories from his mind. Most of them left but a couple stayed, and retreated to the back of his head like defeated dogs; whimpering and with tails between their legs, but none the less, very much there. Vader was bothered that they had not left him, but he would have to leave them for now.
He would have to leave Anikin with the Jedi. Maybe this Jedi would see the potential in the young boy...maybe he would train him...it was no jedi that Vader recognised, but he was...different. Like he had seen both sides of the fence. The Sith Lord could not explain it any better than that, but if they were stuck on this Force-forsaken rock, then maybe this was the right person to look after the young boy.

    He was wasting time.
    Luke or Starkiller.
Vader pondered a little more before deciding his course, and setting off towards the presence that was his son, although he fully intended to encounter Starkiller before actually reaching Luke.
Hopefully he could deal with his former apprentice quickly and swiftly.

This woman is a complete nut job.

    Why am I still here?

Possibly because she is the only civilization I have met.

?So, Kreia, are you and me?? she paused in the question. She felt him. Her Han. She stood valiantly, but the she felt him again. She couldn?t determine where he was. ?I have found my husband. Han Solo? Ever heard of him? Well, probably not, depending on the fact that I have not clue who you are. So tell me, before I leave you, why are we here? Why are we on Courscant? Who are you? I have so many questions, though if you could answer those, it would clear so much up,? Leia told Kreia, standing tall and proud. For once in these past few moments she felt strong.

Han didn't have to wait very long. The soft staccato of metal limbs hitting the pavement announced Raa's return and along with him, a report on their situation.

"Sir, I completed my scan," the droid began in his automated voice. "And from my capabilities in this regard, there is sparse life possibly detected. One possibility of which is in that direction Captain Solo, although it could just be a faulty heat exchanger or powercell bank."

Raa lifted one of his tentacle-like arms and gestured in the direction he had indicated. Han followed the movement with his eyes and wasn't surprised to discover that it was the exact same direction in which the noise he had heard originated from. He licked suddenly dry lips and readjusted his grip on the blaster. Something was alive out there and he had a feeling they were gonna find out what that something was sooner rather than later.

"I doubt it's a faulty anything," Han muttered in a low tone as he started to carefully ease himself forward to investigate. "Something's out there alright and it's doing a damn fine job of keeping an eye on us. Probably waiting for just the right moment to spring a trap..." He paused as one corner of his mouth turned up into a sardonic grin. "Well, two can play at that game. They're messing with the wrong guy."

His voice trailed off as he pressed further down the corridor. It was yet another unfamiliar stretch that he did not recall existing in the Coruscant he knew. But before he could contemplate what exactly that meant for them, he spotted movement at the far end of the corridor. Han reacted in the only natural way possible - he shot first.

A red bolt of energy hurtled down the corridor and impacted with a guardrail at the far end, sending sparks flying and briefly silhouetting the outline of a figure. "Don't move, pal!" he shouted, taking up a defensive position behind some cargo containers. "Now, come out nice and slow so I can get a good look at you. All I want is to ask a few questions..."

The shot send sparks everywhere. Cade resisted the need to return fire. But drew himself deeper into cover. And suddenly he knew who that was. As he hweard the voice. The Corellian still somewhere in the tembre. The clothing. The face. Solo? He was dead, was he? Some relative, maybe?

He holstered his blaster and breathed in and out. That was a little too much for hallucinations. He could feel the concerned man in the force. He felt his tension. His ocnfidence. Cade raised his arms and left his cover. "Cool down, Solo. I know a dertain Jedi who would never forgive you if you shot me." Cade said and gave the man a dry smile. "If I did not know better, I´d say your Solo. Han Solo. Which would make you one awesome looking guy, for a fella who is dead for more than fifty ayears, now." Cade said and slowly walked over to him. In the force he kept his grip on his lightsaber. But he felt nothing suspicious about the man.

    Han Solo.
Cade had wanted to be like him, when he was a kid. He had learned to fly liek him. It was a little surreal to stand in front of him, now.

He stopped, as he felt another pair of presences. One was obviously a Jedi. The calmness and dedication. A fool, but one with a mission. Or short. Jedi. The other was dark, powerful and felt cold. A Darksider. And not one who had fallen recently. Cade said nothing, but he was sure the two fought somewhere above them.

    "Rrrrrrrrarrrrr!"

Chewie rumbled softly, as he slowly opened his eyes, his head still feeling some slight effects from the daylong celebration and binge drinking he had done. He rubbed his head, as his eyes opened. Some silly Bothans had betted him that the both of them could drink him under the table. And he had not problems with proving them wrong. Mater of fact, when he had left them, they were both slobbering on a table, as he had made his way back to the ship.

Chew had a slight grin on his face, remembering the memory. So much had happened....

    Wait.

Both eyes shot open once more, as he took a deep inhale of the air. He came to a sitting position quickly, growling loudly, as he hit his head on something in his way. What? This was not his bunk. He wasnt event on the Falcon. And he clearly remembered clambering inside the ship, to get some much needed sleep. He quickly looked around him, and was glad to notice his bowcaster and other items he always carried were right next to him, tucked under him. He quickly strapped his bandoleer to him, as he checked his bowcaster. It seemed fine.

    "RAAARRR!!??" [What the!!??...]

He quickly stood up, swatting away the piece of offending metal that his struck him earlier. A quick look around showed that he was in some sort of spaceport. A bit too advanced for the rebels. Did Han play some sort of trick on him, and left him ditched someplace? Last he had seen of him, Han and the Princess had disappeared off alone. Luke was busy with some of the other pilots. So Chewbacca had wandered off.

No way Han could have removed him from the ship. He wasnt THAT drunk. Han. He simply had to find the smuggler. His worry began to grow as he stood up, and began to move towards a door. He needed to find out where he was. Maybe that would give him a clue of where to find Han.

Chewbacca noticed idly, that the place seemed awfully quiet for a shipping port. No ships, no movement, heck he didnt even see a droid he could ask. Maybe if he got a look outside, that would help.

Chewbacca, got to the doorway, and opened it, staring out to the view that greeted him.

:D ooc: Okay, I assume we are also in Eastport, but in another Wing of the complex. and I´ll take up the ball and greet Chewie. This is TSG approved, now.

    Jacen Solo
    Eastport, Repairbay

The Darksider was powerful, but not very fst. Jacen blocked the first strinke and got hit be the knee that hammered into his rips like a bantha. He gasped for air, trying to breath and blocked another attack with his green blade. His eyes spotted the lights at the walls and he dived the red blade. Two of his fingers waved in the air, as he attacked himself. And the blast doors shut. The Darksider would be through these simple blastgates in no time. But he had won a few moments at least.

He decided that a mindless duel with a Dark Jedi was probably not a lot of help. Especially if he considered he was to find out what had happened. Why had his sister refused to make contact with him? He had sensed fear in her. And somehow she had felt different. Very different.

His green blade died down and as he passed the next corner, he closed another blast door. Another ferw moments before he had to fight again. He could not kill the Darksider. Chances were the scared one was the only person who could tell him what was going on at all!

But as he passed the corner, he suddenly stood before a Wookiee coming straight out of one of the hangars. "Chewie?" Jacen asked disbelieving. But it was Chewie. Among a million Wookies Jacen would have known him immediately. Yet, it could not be. Could it? Sernpidal. He had died. He had died there.

"That can´t be you." He gasped but felt it was Chewbacca. Felt the force in him, as it had always been. Not strong, but a signature he had felt so many times giving him comfort. When he was a child. "Chewie." and Jacen had to smile, slowly nearing his old friend to embrace him.

For a moment the raging Sith cutting through the blastgates behind him was forgotten.

Captain Solo decided to handle the situation in a rather blunt and roguish fashion, some things never change. But the shoot wildly first and ask questions after seemed to be producing results, something he couldn't deny.

The odd part though, whether triggered by the blaster fire, or the seemingly peaceful resolution, it started a part of his mind to further evaluate what he had seen. Perhaps a way of preparing for Captain Solo's demise, and his continueing search for his Master Calrissian. Quickly he skittered to nearby window, making sure to keep low to the ground in case things went sour to perform a double check. In the barren landscapes of towers and streets there was little life. But some remained. A concentration of at least two hundred life forms could be detected. Which wasn't much, not now that he had connected the dots that this was most likely Coruscant with a normal population of trillions. Still in the current dynamic, two-hundred individuals was a windfall.

"And I am Vuffi Raa, Class Two Multiphasic Droid, at his service." he added with a distracted air as the man and Solo apparently knew each other or at least the man knew Solo. Hard to tell after the fame that was the result from the Battle of Nar Shaddaa in certain circles, not to mention whatever had happened in the intervening years that his programmed memory had lost.

Looking out he could tell somewhere at or near the old Monument Plaza was where this throng had gathered. And as he focused on the area, a certain thrill filled his circuits - "Captain Solo! Captian Solo! I think I have spotted a working ship! As well as two hundred life-forms gathered together, the largest massing I have detected thus far."

He could not contain the thrill...the sheer excitement that such a gathering and such a ship held for him had set his photoreceptor ablaze with light. Perhaps that was his Mast now, oh if only he could make out the model of the ship better, perhaps make out that familiar and unique ship that was the Millineum Falcon. His Master Calrissians ship.

The figure presented himself without any resistance. That was Han's first sign that something was off. He was a young man with blond hair and a grim expression etched on his features. Judging by that alone, he had probably seen his fair share of hardships and wasn't someone you would want to mess with out on the street, which is why Han thought it wise to remain hidden behind the cargo containers for now. Still, he kept his blaster trained on the young man as he drew closer. It had been way too easy up to this point and he wasn't about to take any chances.

"Cool down, Solo," the man returned with confidence in his voice, holding his hands out in front of him to show he meant no harm. "I know a certain Jedi who would never forgive you if you shot me." The response only caused Han to press himself closer to his cover. So, he had been recognized. No big deal. He may still be able to salvage this.

"If I did not know better, I´d say you're Solo," the man continued boldly. "Han Solo. Which would make you one awesome looking guy, for a fella who is dead for more than fifty years, now."

Dead? Han felt his heart begin to beat more rapidly within his chest, but outwardly, his Sabacc face was firmly in place. It was never a good thing to tip off your opponent; especially one who was claiming you were dead. Although, it did seem plausible in the sense that everything had changed, but that was as far as he was willing to go with it. The other things that were passing through his mind just simply didn't make sense...like time travel or being locked away somewhere for fifty years without anyone finding him.

"Who says I'm him?" he challenged, his voice calm as he finally to decided to rise back to his feet. Maybe he could still make this work to his advantage. "You said yourself that he's dead. Not much sense in trying to portray a dead guy...and a famous one at that. I guess I just have one of those faces..." He shrugged with a lopsided grin. "Name's Roaky Laamu, by the way. I'm just--"

    "Captain Solo! Captian Solo!"

Han couldn't hide his emotions this time. He screwed up his face into a wince and turned to glare at Vuffi Raa, mentally planning to dissemble the droid the next chance he got. So much for smooth-talking this guy...

"I think I have spotted a working ship!" the droid exclaimed again, the excitement in his voice almost comical. "As well as two hundred life-forms gathered together, the largest massing I have detected thus far."

"Wha--where?!" Han demanded, his anger quickly forgotten as he turned on his heel and followed Raa's gaze off into the distance. The news of a single ship appearing above the city-wide planet shouldn't have sparked the kind of excitement it did, but when you appeared to be one of two lifeforms left on the surface, that excitement was more than justified. And sure enough, he did see what Raa was talking about off in the distance - around the area of Monument Plaza.

He turned back to the the droid with a cocky smirk. "Good job, metal head. Looks like you just found our ticket outta here."

Luke smirked and nodded. He was confident he could keep up with the much older man. But just as he wanted to sprint after him, he felt something cold. Something deadly. "Vader." He hissed through his teeth. "Yusani, we must go. Now! Vader is on his way here."

He took his lightsaber from his belt and tried to find him. Locate him. He did not know where Vader was. But he knew he was nearby.

Fear. Fear spread in him. And the need for revenge. He knew these feelings were wrong. But Darth Vader had killed Ben. Before his eyes, he had slain him. "Forget the droid, I know who did this." Luke´s voice was almost a whisper. Concentrated, he closed his eyes. It made sense. He had hunted him. If Vader had the power to get him here, alone . . . he would. He surely would. It had to be him. "Darth Vader."

    Yusanis
Apartment, Building 4418, 1st Republic District

Yusanis turned to the boy when he heard the fear in his voice. Who ever this Darth Vader was the boy was unsettled by him. The boy drew his saber, and looked around, fear and uncertainty was clear in him. An Echani was trained to read a person by their movements and how they held themselves, and Luke was clearly clouded with a mix of emotions as he went on about his Vader and running away.

With a small sigh Yusanis stepped up to the young man and placed a hand on his shoulder. "Luke my boy. Calm yourself, you're so afraid, that I can see it just by looking at you." Yusanis placed his other hand on the boys lightsaber hilt and pushed it down. "We Echani have a saying. If you draw a weapon, you were committing yourself to use that weapon, as a drawn weapon demands to be used. If this Darth Vader is worthy of your fears, then are you sure you're willing to face him right now?"

Yusanis closed his eyes, it had been years since he'd mentored another, not since the Mandalorian Wars. "Keep in mind your fear may very well be helping this Vader find you." Yusanis knew very well he couldn't teach the boy how to control emotions like an Echani in five minutes but anything might help. "I want you to close your eyes, and take a deep breath boy. Clear your mind and focus only on your breathing. Cleans yourself of your fears, your uncertainties, of unnecessary emotions. Do this, then we can get moving." And hopefully your Vader will have a harder time detecting you.

    Chewbacca
    Eastport Docking Facility

Chewbacca, got to the doorway, and opened it, staring out to the view that greeted him.

First thing to hit him was the bright lights. Far too bright than he was expecting. Then, he picked up a smell, as something seemed to have crashed down the many doorways in a corridor he had stepped out from. Suddenly there was a young human male in front of him. He turned sideways, as he halfway brought up his bowcaster, until he heard the greeting.

    "Chewie?"

Chewbacca looked over, frowning. Who was this person? He did not remember the human, but obviously, this human remembered him, calling him out by name. Perhaps it was one of the soldiers from the rebels after a night of hard partying. But he didnt look like one of them. And another thing. This boy was calling him Chewie. Something that only Han normally. The Princess and Luke and just started calling him that... sometimes. His worried looked deepened.

"That can´t be you." the young man called out. Chewbacca lowered his bowcaster. If this human was friendly, then perhaps he could get some information on where Han was. And he wasnt attacking him. And what did he mean by, 'It cant me him?' Chewbacca grunted.

"Chewie." the man said with a smile, slowly coming near him. Chewbacca could hear noises in the background, but he wanted to know what was going on, and where was Han. This one seemed friendly enough.

    "Grrrrrwaawwooll? Grt...groowl?"
    {You know me?" "Where is this?}

Chewbacca asked the young man, as he dropped his bowcaster lower, waiting for a response from the man. Chewbacca quietly sniffed the young man as he came closer. There was something about him, that he could not quite put his finger on at the moment. And it disturbed him. But right now, he only wanted to find Hand, and the Falcon. Anything else could be sorted out as they moved.

He looked at the man and smiled. He was right, emotions would only dim what little control of the force he had. "You sound like a Jedi." Luke smirked and breathed in and out. As he felt his heart become slower in it´s beating he nodded and turned. "Let´s get out, before he catches up with us. I am afraid even with two, we have no chance against his power." Luke nodded and looked for the best way to exit. The elevator was the obvious choice. "We should take the stairs and try to find another way out than the main entrance." He concluded.

Roaky Laamu. If Cade had not felt that miserable he might have smiled at how close the real guy came to the stories told about him. But what was this? Time travel? One of Uncle Luke´s mind-games to make him a better man? A Jedi?

The droid entered with news of other people and actually a clear identification of Solo.

"Indeed, must be one of those faces, Solo." He coolly said. "Don´t worry. There is no bounty on your head where I come from anymore. No for a long time." Cade dropped his arms as the droid came in. His smile had a lot of bitter in it. What was going on here? "Single ship and two hundred lifeforms. Most likely scavengers. If this is Coruscant and nobody is here I wonder why the place is not swarming with them, anyway." Cade looked around. Ignoring Solo for a moment. "Expecting any friends? Because above us are two people who seem to belong together and well . . . one that tries to kill ´em. Sith. I´d say." He sighed. "Sure. I should have known the red-faces are behind this." He looked at the droid. "How far are they from us? Your two hundred? We might be able to get up, kill the Sith, safe your friends, if they are friends and get there soon enough to steal their ship. What do you say?" He looked to Han than back to the droid. He felt the need to take another of the sticks. But with only two left and him probably being short on supplies for a while, he decided killing a Sith would need to do, today.

"As I said, I am nobody you would ever have heard about. I am just an old woman. So go an find your husband, Leia Organa. And take good care of yourself. There are mayn arrivals here and I assume it is the nature of a place like this not all are friendly." Kreia nodded and smiled, then turned her back on the Princess and made her way back to the Jedi Temple. Things to do. Many things. She had felt Lord Sion. If he was here, was the third member of the Triumvirate here, too? If Nihilus came here, they were all lost. All of them would be dead. There would be no escape.

Sion hissed out the air. Out of his dead lungs. His foul breath filled the air, as if it alone was enough to get rid of the blast doors between him and the victim. The Jedi. The prey. He had tricked him and now he was fleeing. And he was not alone. They would not find safety in numbers. They would not escape his wrath.

But something else was here. Something that was strangely familiar and yet very different. A Sith. Another Sith. One he did not know. But powerful. Very powerful indeed. Darth Sion turned his head into his direction, although his eyes were blind now. His other senses were perfect, to compensate. Especially his sight through the force. Turning back to the blastgates he hissed a simple: "Later." And made his way towards the position where he had felt the new arrival.

"Sound like a Jedi? No boy I'm no Jedi, but I was... very close to one." The boy had only half learned the lesson, but he'd calmed down and that was the most important part. "Yes, stairs would be the best choice." The Echani's trained mind played out the potential outcome of the lift in a second. This Vader would need only cut the power to whichever system kept the lift aloft, and they'd plummet to their doom. No the stairs were the best option, even if they had downsides.

Yusanis took one last glance down towards where the droid had wandered off to. Something told him that the droid might have answers, but more than that, stairs could be in that direction. "Come Luke we're likely to find stairs," and answers, "this way." Yusansi set off again towards the corridor the droid had taken moments earlier. "Luke, tell me something. It's unnecessary to travel in silence, so perhaps you could answer my earlier questions?"

He smiled a little embarassed, as he heard that the man was no Jedi. Wishful thinking, always one of his weaknesses. Like the thing with Leia. Or becoming a Jedi. But he would honor Ben´s legacy. He followed Yusani. Around the next corner, he found the emergency stairs. 63 levels. "Indeed we got time." He sighed.

"Yes, of course. I´ll answer your questions to the best of my abilities. I am not vdry good in these things, though. I was raised on a backwater planet were learning to read is actually not for everyone. But I know a few things, sure." Luke said and found the stairs. Opening the doors he sled in and as Yusani was behind him he pointed his lightsaber at the opening and ignited it. At least Vader would need to cut through it that way. He reminded himself of this Tapani celendar. "I am afraid I never heard about the Tapani celendar, though. But in my time the Republic is about 12.000 years old. And iti s gone. It was taken over by a group of militarists and now the Empire rules the galaxy. Lord Vader is their . . . enforcer. The executor of the Emperor. His right-hand man. He has hunted down the Jedi. He has killed my father, too. They are very powerful. But not all follow them. There is a resistance. The Rebellion. We´re fighting to restore democracy and to protect people. I . . ." He took another turn and ignited his blue-white blade again, destroying the next mechanism. Looking at Yusani, he decided to trust the man. The force told him he could. "I am part of it. I am Commander in the Rebellion. A fighter-pilot. And I managed to do something pretty big, so Vader is after me. To kill me." He nodded. It was hopeless to explain the megalomaniac thing that the Death Star has been. "Well, that´s it. I think it´s the big picture I know of. Sorry you´re in trouble because of me now. But I am afraid Darth Vader won´t let you go, now that you have helped me." He added. "He´s a very persistent hunter. He killed my Master. The only Jedi I ever knew. Ben Eknobi. Obi Wan, Imentioned him. A big hero. I . . . " He sighed and tried to get rid of the sadness in his eyes. "Nevermind, we need to get as far away from him as possible."
