The cloning probably caused the clone to be even more pro-Jedi/anti-non Jedi.

 

Well when he chocked Thrawn, Thrawn had already attacked him. I think he was really desparate at that moment. The thing is we don't really now how he thought about all this because we only have Loranna's point of view. And to be fair she is quiet idealistic so she might see him worser than he is.

 

I'm interested in seeing what Zhan alludes to from his previous works. There could be a ton of stuff coming back to canon.
