On a simmilar note, someone needs to tell Trace to finish Taming of the Jedi, or else I may approach her and do it, and I shouldn't because I have better things to do with the few hours a week I get to write. ANYWAYS. Ummm. That's a good question. I'm sure we all know of at least one fic that we love that was never finished, but incorporating that into the challenge would be difficult. First of all, obtaining permission from the original author may take just a few days, or you may never get a reply. I'm going to say no, because if you are going to contribute a bunny or unfinished story for someone else to write, then go off and find an unrelated unfinished story, someone's contribution isn't even going to get picked and will have zero chance of being written. More than likely if the person brings it to the challenge, they themselves won't really want to write anything. But say if you knew I was going to participate and you knew of a plot bunny I had or an unfinished story you were interested in, you could pester me to contribute it.
