OKay I had a rotten afternoon. We just bought a new house and sent aletter, a typed and very eloquent letter if I do say so myself, and the appropriate tenancy form to our landlord 2 weeks ago announcing our departure. (it's a private landlord, not an agent)We've been trying to contact him over the past few days to no avail. Anyway we got his Dad today who says "what letter, you didn't send any letter" and starts accusing us of all sorts of things Anyway it turns out our landlord is overseas at the moment, so I'm reckoning his mail just hasn't been opened. Anyway it REALLY got me angry, and he was lucky my husband didn't bop him one. The house is immaculate and better than when we moved in. You do the right thing and people still treat you badly And it all happens when I'm the hapiest I've ever been in my whole life, with my new house, and things going as I'd always wished. I reckon people just wait for things to be going perfectly for you, and then just decide to wreck it. *breathes*
Moral, never have a private landlord

i'm a little bit annoyed at centerlink , i won't go into the details but as usual if you ask them for any info on something new that your starting with them , they simply reply "i don't know " govt workers , they give you the ......
"ending the whinge session now"
