Yeah, and you know the best part? You hardly ever use your feet in "American football". It's mostly a "hand" and "body" sport, you only kick the ball very little... stupid name for the game, IMO. Soccer should be called football, because that's what it is. Duh! Our team has yet to score once. They're horrible! A few years ago they were good...
Somehow I don't see it changing names, you know how we are. But it would make a whole lot more sense... the whole purpose is to get the ball and run as fast as you can to one end of the field without being tackled. It's much more complicated than that, but I'm not into the details.

Heya everyone I'm back. Sorry for disappearing. I wanted to watch Alias and my parents are starting to decorate their bedroom - and that's where the computer is currently located *sigh* Hope you're all having a good Saturday!
Sad news my friends. First we're planning to move next week, to a new location. A townhouse some blocks from where I live currently. The reason is that the management of the buildings have screwed us around. It began leaking from the celing fan in the bathroom, from the bathroom upstairs. For over a year, we've complained about this and they have done nothing. Now black mold fungus had grown all across the celing and parts of the wall above the toilet. My mother has had enough and we're moving. So I'll be off for a couple of days or so. Second, we're going to have to put my dog to sleep. For the last year, she's bitten on her hind legs and her stomach. Causing herself to bleed at times. The vet gave her medication and she's wore a special collar, but that has done little to stop it. And she's become a bit screwy. And the possibility that she's very sick is great. So this week, we're putting her to sleep. This is the second time we've had to do this and am not looking forward to it.
Aw, Matt! *hugs* I'm so sorry to hear about your dog! That's one of the worst things that's ever happened to me, when we had to put one of our horses to sleep. I hope you're doing okay! We're here if you want to talk more about it. And good luck moving! Hopefully the new place will be better and everyone will be happier there. Our football team lost horribly last night. But they managed to score their first touchdown of the season... and the sprinklers came on during the middle of the 4th quarter... It was insane. I should be around for a little bit.
