Hullo to all SW fans from the Asia/Africa region!

This is our brand new social thread. It's a place for you to simply walk in, relax and get to know your fellow Asia/Africa JCers.

I've installed a coffee and tea machine, drinks machine and we have nice comfy sofa's that you can disappear into! Of course...there's also the food!

So come on in and make yourselves at home people!

At work, the department I work in is currently very heavily female dominated. The handful of guys who are there sometimes walk around muttering stuff about "female dominance" and the like!

It's really quite funny...to us girls anyway! LOL

Nah ... I bet we could talk a lot, if we tried.

So ... general question for you people: What do you do on the JC? Forums you visit, things you find fun, that sort of thing.

 

Okay, I get to go first...coz nobody else wants to!

My hangouts on the JC Forums:-

1) Fan Fiction boards- I think I practically live there. I read loads of stories, I have some fave authors and I also write my own fan fics and post them there.

2) Writers Resouce- very important for all writers of fan fic. I find it so resourceful.

3)The Your Jedi Council Community boards are another place.-As part of the Dark Lords, I tend to wander into the thread quite often.

4) The Welcome New Users board- I usually check to see if we have new people here and give them a welcome to our boards.

5) The Films boards-there are lots. I post in AOTC, [/b]Saga[/b] and OT ...I usually check out SW Community alot too. I'm part of the Jedi Fan Club thread there.

6) The Fan Force Community boards- I hang out at the social party there.

Hmm, me thinks I get around quite a bit, no?

Actually I check out alot of boards...the above are the ones I post in regulary.

 

Well, I forgot to answer my own question.

1. YJCC. I htink most of my posts are there, nowadays.

2. The Role Playing Forum. Which actually takes about as much time as I spend in the JCC, if not more. RPing = fun.

3. The Welcome forum. Though I'm mostly a lurker there.

4. Fan Force Community. Actually, I only hang out in 2 threads there - the DL thread and the Pyromaniac one.

I also lurk in the EUC and in the Fanfic boards. Used to exclusively post in those two ... but then I found the YJCC.

And I post here, of course!


Hehe ... Blaine, we pretty much hang out in the same places, more or less.

If you mean AIM coz of the DLs...then yes, I need to check it out. Been a bit busy with work, but I will get to it.

 

If you have a few chat programs you should get trillian because it combines alot of them together so only have one program running rather than a few
