And the most important fact is that we understand each other. No matter if Sweeden or Sweden. ;)

    [:D]

    Hello Pash! [:D]
I am ok. Yesterday I was at a birthday party of my grandpa and grandma. They became 80 and 90. :)

    And you? :)

Pash darling! We've missed you! [:D]

Sabine, yeah, you're right, as long as we understand each other! :)

    Welcome back Pash!! :D

And I'll also introduce myslf to the other Matt :)
Yep, I'm called Matt too ;)

I'm not sure how expensive Sweden rates compared to the UK, but I imagine things are slightly cheaper in Sweden. Ikea is quite cheap, but I don't think that's the best thing to go by ;)

But you still use the Krona, don't you Nina? I don't know how strong or weak the Pound is to the Krona.

EDIT: Congratulations to your Grandparents Sabine. Was it their birthday on the same day?? :)

Yep, we've got the Krona. We had this big vote about the Euro a year ago, and it was a big NO... ;)

I *think* £1 equals about 13 Kronor... not sure though, it changes a lot.

    Thanks, Matt. :)
Their birthdays aren't on the same day, but it is just two or three weeks apart. So they usually celebrate it together. ;) :)

    [:D] for all! :D

    Hey gang! :D

Aww, missed you too, Nina. :) I seem to miss all the interesting conversations around here. ;)

Matt, hey. Sorry i have taken ages to even PM you Matt. :( It's been a bit nuts over here this week. Phew! :)

Sabine, that's sweet... about your grandparents. [face_love]

Oh I cannot remember if I screamed in here that I passed my driving test last week! [face_dancing] Whoo hoo!

And in case I did announce it, ignore the silly girl doing the wierd dance steps in this thread! [face_laugh]

    [face_laugh]

    Aww, thank you sweetie! :D [:D] [face_love]

I'm quite thrilled about it, especially coz things were a bit crazy just before I took the test. There was a mix-up regarding the documents I needed, then we needed someone to bring it over and I was so tense.
Waiting for my examiner took ages but finally I got behind the wheel and it was pretty easy.

I am just thankful to God for making it successful! :D

And now? Do you thinking about getting a car? Or do you use mom's car? :)

    Heheh, true Sabine. :D

At the moment I am uing mom's car. She usually accompanies me still coz I have to get used to night driving and plus, mom's a bit nervous. Well, I am too! ;)

    Nina, thanks honey! [:D]

Mom's car is nice and cute. It's also kinda small so driving is easy. :)

I can't remember how long my mom accompanied me when I was new at driving. But it wasn't so long. ;)

What car does she have? :)

I guess, eventually I will be able to drive on my own. I must say I feel nervous going on my own at the moment. It's probably coz mom used to drive me everywhere. :)

Oh and our local roads are nuts! [face_laugh]

Mom's care is an Indian one, It's brand name is Maruti and this particular one is the WagonR. It's bright red too and it reminds me of a loaf of bread! [face_laugh] But it's cute. :D

Never heard of this car. ;)
But a red color isn't that bad. It's a warning-color and you will be seen everywhere. ;) :p

    Wahoooo!!!!! Congratulations Pash!! :D [face_dancing] [:D]

That's great news, I'm really pleased and happy for you :D
Driving on your own is a tough step to make, I remember I was quite nervous about it but then again my first car wasn't that great ;)
But once you've done it, you'll feel quite pleased with yourself and it gets easier :)

Thanks Sabine, me and my sister were born on the same day but she's three years older, so I was curious if your grandparents shared the same thing ;)

We had this big vote about the Euro a year ago, and it was a big NO...

We haven't had a vote yet, but if we did I think we would also get the big NO ;)
Whether or not the Government would listen to us is another matter though :p

I know how you feel Pash. I am 18, and I have not yet learned how to drive. It is a scary thing to face. However, I have to learn soon... :p

Matt, we people without the Euro must stick together... ;)
But I don't think the government here will care about what the people says, so we'll probably going to get the Euro sooner or later anyway. The prime minister was a bit grumpy when he discovered that the people voted "wrong"... ;)

Alex, I'm 22 and still don't have a license... cars are SCARY! I've tried to learn how to drive, but I hate going any faster than 40km/h, so... :p

Besides, the very first time I tried to drive I almost crashed into a motorcyclist... not very good. Better than my dad, anyway, the first time HE was in a car he almost backed down into a river. ;)

I don't think Blair will make us get the Euro because he's already hated enough for taking us into Iraq. If he made us get the Euro that's just signing over being prime minister to the next person with doing that.

Oh yes, that whole Iraq affair...

Anyway, still warm in the UK? Here it's way too hot still... I can't understand how people can live in places that are this awrm (and warmer!) all year... *dies from heat*

On the other hand, when winter comes I'll probably whine over the cold and be jealous of people living where it's hot... :p

You can have some of our heat, if you'd like. And if I can figure out a way to send it to Canada... ;)
